“Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.”

“Very clean. Very efficient design of space and modern. It would have been nice to have more hooks and a deeper shelf to put our things but we are only in our room to sleep. It was really all we needed. I really appreciated how ecofriendly they are, not even having plastic lids for the coffee cups in the lobby. The lobby was staffed 24 hours a day and the staff were all very helpful. They followed the Golden Rule.”

“Very good value for money hotel stay. Good sized room that was well equipped- free safe, iron and ironing board. Nice additions like plenty biscuits and 2 bottles of water. Check in was pretty quick, only waited 15 minutes. Complimentary muffins at check-in was a nice surprise. Staff very pleasant ”

“My first stay and a great one. Upon check-in I was given a map of city and told not to miss certain sites/ exhibitions. My room was clean, had great running water (water pressure was great). Breakfast was great too.”

“very happy with this hotel, we were given an upgraded room. Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them.”

“This is our go-to hotel when want a few days away. It’s location is perfect for visits to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Bath and many of the other beautiful area’s around this hotel. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The food was really good and has a varied menu to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Spa is welcoming and relaxing. The pool is warm and has set times for children and never gets overcrowded as there’s a booking system. The……
