“The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. ”

“Had a couple of small problems which were rectified the next day. Comfortable bed and 2 seater sofa in the lounge. Excellent kitchen..”

“Easy check-in process, good location. Very useful having a small kitchen in the property. Only downside is that we were staying for a week, noting that the property is not serviced everyday, and the coffee/teas/toilet paper ran out very quickly.”

“A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Tea and coffee is included in the price……

Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them.”
