Good property (nice clean place with good communication back and forth with owner/manager. Only negatives that would keep me from booking again is the noise from the tenant above us (You could hear them and their kids walking everywhere) and lack of any beach toys or fishing poles.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom!

Our family stay at this location was awesome, very clean and comfy. The location is great and close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is the clean up the overgrown area around the sign at the entrance coming from the west, besides that it was fantastic!

Great place

Overall, very happy with this place. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. The only issue was that the dryer didn't work. I think the exhaust duct may have been clogged. But other than that, very happy and would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!!

Not only was the location clean and well decorated, the maintenance team and managing group for the location was spot on. We had a small issue with the coffee pot the first morning and within the hour we had a new one. Later on in our stay we found a small leak under the kitchen sink and within a few hours they were there to replace the whole garbage disposal. Very easy to communicate with. Quick responses which is important when you are on a vacation with family. It's definitely a place I would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location for boaters

The on site ramp is a great selling point for families with boats. Cotton Bayou is a great location close to many restaurants and grocery as well.

Great week!

We had a great time. The primary bed was not comfortable and would love to have had more pillows and blankets for fold out sofa. But overall a fine location and well maintained condo and complex!

Nice place!

We enjoyed the condo very much. The description of beach access needs to be more clear. It’s quite a walk, crossing the highway. If you drive, it’s $10 for parking and $45 for a beach chair, per day.

Great stay!

This is a great stay, minutes walk to the beach access, quiet even with people and families in other condos, near everything you could want! The Alexa was a nice touch too. Check in was nice and easy and the place was clean and ready.

Very Pleased

Everything was great. The beach, stores, and restaurants were all in walking distance. It was nice and clean. Had just about everything you would need. It was home away from home. Really enjoyed the patio. It wasn’t a beach view I would have liked but I still enjoyed the peacefulness of hearing the water from the beach. Ever all it was a great stay. Will stay again if available!!!!

Cotton Bayou 7B

We’ve stayed at CB several times over the years because we like bringing a watercraft. Launch, dock and trailer parking under the condo is ideal. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful sunset views from the dock. Dolphins on the bay, convenient to our favorite restaurants and public beach.

Super nice condo . Love the water view

Super nice condo . The parking wasn’t good for us with a truck and boat trailer . The people upstairs were very loud . Stomping around and kid running constantly. Did this until 12 at night and started at 5:30 in morning. Very disprectful

It was close to the area where we went to the beach. The property was very old and falling in on itself. Neighbors was stomping on floor 6am every morning waking everyone up. Next door was loads of noise like it was a concert. The tennis court had grass growing in it. We had a huge hole where our cars were parked I’ll share pictures.
