Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed the Phoenix VII. All the amenities were wonderful. Large pool, easy access to beach and our condo was great. Beautifully decorated, great space for two people.

Excellent Property

Everything was excellent. The only non 5 star was for cleanliness. The room was cleaned with the exception of the floor… shoes were required… Otherwise, everything was great!

Check-in was not pleasant

Check in was at 3pm CST; we waited almost an hour to receive the code. We texted and emailed, to only receive generic responses of ‘a code will be provided when property is ready’. All occurred after 3pm CST. If property is not ready at standard check in time, communication needs to be accurate and timely. If my husband had not communicated with the front desk staff, we would have not been updated of any delays, or provided a code to enter. The property is wonderful.
