“We loved our stay at this home. This home in San Clemente was perfect for our son's wedding at the Casino. It was convenient to everything in the area, with a trolley stop nearby to reach the main street and pier. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The communication was excellent and on point with everything we needed, including during a power outage on the morning of the wedding. We will be back for anything in San Clemente. ”

“The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. ”

Grocery store across the street and the taco stand, which is amazing, is 30 yards away.”

“We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the……

“We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on……

“The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.”
