The hotel was what we expected at this price range. The facilities were dated but we were able to get a good night’s rest. The breakfast was good. Check in and checkout went smoothly. We appreciated a ground level room. There were restaurants nearby. Easy access off of the expressway. We would stay there again.

My family and I checked into this place and left maybe 2 hours later. We were being watched by a gentleman right outside as we were unloading our bags into our room which had a broken lock. We tried to find a reason to stay, the deadbolt did work, but there was just an uneasy feeling about this place. The heater didn’t work and when I went to check out the lady up front told me that I’d be “surprised” if I knew how many of the locks get broken off. That didn’t make me feel any better about my stay there. She didn’t offer a different room and told me I was out of my money because we were there more than two hours. I had no idea this was a policy to begin with but she made sure she reiterated that I would get nothing back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, let alone anyone traveling with kids.

bathtub wasn't clean/ the ice container looked inside like dirt and black stuff inside of it. There was no iron in the room., the safety latch for the door was broken. Couldn't never get the heat up enough to warm the room. Thank God I had blankets in my car. Never will I recommend or go back there.

Had a pet with us so we were given a room that accomodates this. Was put in the corner bottom floor which should of been fine , but approaching our room it was obvious that this wasn't a good choice. Alot of the rooms we passed on way to our room obviously no one was observing the no smoking rule. And it was medical marjuana night. This was uncomfortable as there were a few people that were scary lingering outside their room. The room smelled and was not the slightest bit clean and there was disgusting spit in the wire drain on the sink. Then to top it off the door would not lock even with the deadbolt engaged you could open the door from the outside. It was a long day traveling so i ask the manager to either move us or refund our money. It was a bit of a difficult conversation because of the language barrier. I had to remind the manager that i paid cash for my dog and after a slight argument back and forth he finally understood i was asking for my dog refund. His wife then appeared and took me to another room upstairs that was much better but in no way great. Still worried about cleanliness issues, but as i said it was a long day so decided to stay and make the best of a bad situation. This is a shame that a person pays money for such dire conditions. But you need to be aware of these people and take appropriate actions. I will never stay in that hotel again and super 8 in general is off my list.

It was clean and the owner came out to direct my husband when we pulled in to the rather narrow parking lot pulling a trailer. There wasn't a lot of room to turn around. The breakfast starts at 6 am which my husband liked. They could use some fruit and yogurt on the breakfast, but it was adequate. The owners son had to come reset our TV because there was no way to change the input on the Spectrum remote.
