“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“1st night there we woke up to our room and a lot of other guest rooms flooding. Still not sure where the water came from. They moved all the guest to a different tower and after requesting some type of accountability because our luggage got wet, they finally gave a free breakfast for two days. Other than that, the property was absolutely beautiful and the center of all the fun on the strip! ”

“The pictures were accurate. The hosts are on site and amazing. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. We were steps from the ocean. The snorkeling at Mangel Halto is amazing. We snorkeled 5 of the 7 days we stayed. No need to go elsewhere. We would recommend and stay here again.
