"The room was very clean."

"Everyone was very kind and friendly. Was out for lunch on Saturday afternoon with a DND on the door as dog was in the room. Did not get housekeeping service as we returned at 4:00pm....however on Sunday was out all day with dog and returned at 4:00pm and still no service. That was the only disappointment. Breakfast was wonderful....whatever you wanted....it was there."

"Who was very fresh air conditioner with working properly and room was very clean"

"The lamp on the table was off and we had to look for a way to turn it on. The microwave was also off behind the TV stand and it was very difficult to plug it in. But overall everything was very good."

"Check in was super quick. Front desk guy was very pleasant and gave us a room on the top floor without even asking. We prefer top floor room. Elevators we a bit slow going between floors, but clean and updated. "

"Excellent 4 night stay for 2 families who needed a comfortable base to be together and visit and explore the Chicago area! This property is in a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind it! It was beyond clean, truly 5 star quality and so organized with everything we could want or need. The 5 kids aged 7-15 lived in the "Game Cave" when we were all at the house relaxing. We were two families coming from Germany and Michigan who needed a place for all 9 of us to visit and enjoy each others' company and this was the most perfect place! We will definitely request this property again when we are visiting the area. Thank you Marta for this wonderful and comfortable stay for our families! "

"After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning. "

"Everything was as described. House was very spacious and comfortable. This was a work trip but it was a nice place to relax in the evening. Enjoyed the back yard and grilling out for dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Kevin "
