“The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. ”

“We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. ”

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). “It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. ”

“This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. ”

“The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. ”

“This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. ”

“Nous avons été excellemment reçues par Claudine et même avant notre arrivée les échanges étaient complets et rapides. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. Avoir accès au parking était extrêmement précieux (ne venait pas dans la région avec un 4*4 ou une berline sauf si vous voulez……

All the pictures in the listing at true and accurate. Lovely place with fabulous views looking across the lake at Nesso (from the bedroom balcony). The owner was "very" prompt in replying to our emails and questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Follow all the written directions from Lilla (after receiving your booking……

Kostenfreie Parkgelegenheiten (öffentlich) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wir hatten zu keiner Tageszeit Probleme.Die Lage ist für Ausflüge entlang des Westufers nach Norden und Süden ideal. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit - neben italienisch spricht sie sehr gut englisch, zur Not hilft auch ihre Schwester, die……

“Our host, Gary, was very helpful with driving instructions and information about the area. The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Menaggio and Bellagio. The patio had spectacular views of the snow capped mountains and Lake Como. Enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tulipano!”

“It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”
