「Very clean hotel The beds are very firm … so tough sleep for us both」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms.」

「Customer service was great. Kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and tidy, but could use some deep cleaning in crevices (e.g., corners, shower tiles, faucets, baseboards). I was surprised by the lack of modern equipment - such as cable TV only (no option to sign on to Netflix, etc), A DVD player and a CD player made me chuckle and could use an upgrade! If coming here to use the room for sleeping only, it does its purpose - bedding was clean, mattresses and pillows were comfortable,...

「Upon checking in they failed to tell us that their cable was down and the pool was closed. Could not watch tv the entire night/morning of our stay! Very boring! When questioned about it we didn’t even get an apology!」
