Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was easy to check in. Enjoyed the house being so close to Disney! Both families had plenty of space to spread out, and the house was very nice.

Nice house near Disney World

The house was very nicely decorated and laid out. Plenty of space for our whole family. It could have been a little cleaner but was clearly cleaned before we came, it just needs a good deep clean once in a while to get the blinds and baseboards and air vents and things like that. Overall we really enjoyed it and had everything we needed. It should be more clearly noted that the hot tub will not come heated unless you pay for the pool to be heated. We have not encountered that before even with other properties that have an extra fee for the pool to be heated so we were surprised there. It was very nice though and would not be an issue at all in the summer time. The house was very kid friendly and had everything we needed for our three kids under 7. The location was great! Probably as close to Disney World as you can get without staying at an actual Disney resort. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Everything Plus

This house was everything we could ask for clean loaded with amenities spacious smart tvs beautiful pool area with lights pool towels pots pans Tupperware updated appliances decorated nicely easy check in and check out games inside and out it rained and we even had umbrellas. We came to Florida with 4 other families all staying in the same area and our house by far was the best even price wise very affordable . I would definitely recommend and book again.

Emerald Island Getaway

The check in process was long and not organized but once we got to the property it was exactly as advertised. When searching for a property to stay at, with the amount of kids we had, we were looking for something that didn’t have many breakables and glass. This house had the right furniture and decor that we were looking for. It isn’t the most updated but for the amount of time spent at the house it didn’t matter. Very close to Disney, traffic is horrible but manageable. There are so many restaurants around to choose from as well. Great location and great house. Kids loved the pool!

Great property

Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have plenty of room for family and friends to stay. Pool and games in garage made this home perfect for all our kids. Very close to all local amenities and the community was perfect.

Disney Spring Break

We took our kids to Disney for spring break. So glad to have stayed here. We always love privacy and we are very pleased. It was very easy communicating although not of that happened because the house is more than we expected. Very spacious and location is great! We will definitely come back!

Great House

This was a wonderful house! The only complaint I have there was only 1 wash cloth in the house and no paper towels. Other than that this was a wonderful week and hope to stay again.

Great place!

We had an awesome week at the resort, and honestly I would have rated the place a 5 star but we were disappointed in the pool and the service we received to get the issue corrected. Well actually the issue was never corrected. Every other pool around us was a beautiful blue pool, but our pool was green and foggy, the pool tech was out during the week and did not fix the issue, we called to have it looked at and we’re told the tech would be called and no one ever came to look at the pool. Our entire trip for the week we had a green foggy pool! For the cost of the home it would have been nice if we could have had a clean pool. Outside of the pool issue, the house was great, very large and fit our 10 person party comfortably, everything we needed to cook and clean up was available, there could be more towels available but we were unsure so we packed our own beach towels and that helped. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer and we used them frequently. The family loved the game room in the garage. So although we were disappointed with the pool situation, if we were able to ensure we could have a clean pool next time we would definitely return to this resort it was a great place, felt safe, clean, and family friendly, and there was so much to do near by.

Great House Close to Disney Parks

Overall, we had a very good stay. The house fulfilled all of our needs. It is clean and kept well. The pictures posted are accurate. The only areas that need some updating are the outdoor pool furniture and better upkeep of garbage area outside. It did not help with the fly infestation. They did provide bug spray, so we were able to take care of it. The location was great. Close to parks and plenty of store and restaurants near by. I would recommend this rental.

We had a great time at this house. The local contact person was very helpful and considerate. The house had excellent amenities and for a family with little kids, this was surely a very comfortable vacation rental to be in.
