• POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
We are pleased to inform you that your reservation includes access to the community clubhouse, where you can enjoy several amenities. Additionally, the community pools are heated at no additional cost. If you are interested in heating the private pool during your stay, please note that there is an additional charge of $35 per day. We recommend that you request this service at least 48 hours before your check-in, as the heater requires time to reach the desired temperature. The minimum rental period for the pool heater is 2 nights. It is important to mention that the temperature of the heater will not exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool operates as a spa and not a jacuzzi; it can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, meaning that both areas will be at the same temperature. The heater works by heat exchange and is not effective in cold weather conditions. If you choose to request the heater during cold weather and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The pool heater pumps feature a safety system that prevents overheating. If the pump is operated in cold conditions for extended periods, it will automatically shut off to protect its functionality until it can operate efficiently again. Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at all times.

• TRASH REMOVAL Please place trash in the plastic container every day to keep the house clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Fresh linens and towels will be provided in the unit. Housekeeping service is included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERIES If you plan to make any online purchases during your stay, please note that if the seller uses USPS, your package will likely not be delivered. The post office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses, which means the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon as they typically deliver to our location. Not all resorts accept deliveries. Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, and all necessary utensils. A wine opener is also provided. This vacation home features new bedding, mattresses, and furniture. Resort check-in is mandatory. Upon arrival, drivers must register with the Ramco gate attendant, presenting a valid driver's license. Non-drivers must present a valid government photo ID or passport. After check-in, guests receive an orange pass for accessing the Oasis and Retreat Clubhouse amenities. Shared rides (Uber/Lyft) require a valid driver's license for entry. Champions Club residents and guests should display the orange pass on the vehicle dashboard, visible with the stay dates. Residents must place their barcode on the passenger rear window. Failure to comply may result in towing.
