Practically Perfect!

Great stay! Clean, cool, great decor! Order the heat for the hot tub prior to stay, don’t wait until you get there. The rooms were great, beds are super soft, the pillows are plush and the property is well kept! The resort is nice- and the food is good. It is close to Walmart (15 mins) and lots of restaurants. The only downside is the water pressure is low and there are no jucuzzi baths.I would stay here again and again!

Terrible Customer support and maintenance

We booked a supposed luxury property. When we arrived I noticed that the high chair was missing, carriage was broken, and pool was not heated. I placed a call on 4/26. The next day none of the items were fixed or delivered. These are essential for small children and I felt that the Florida Vacation Homes simply did not care. I had to call again on 4/27 and was told the same message that the work orders were created. This message was the same I received during my initial call. On 4/28, again nothing is fixed, so I had to call the 3rd time. The delivery can ad only brought a carriage and told me that they still don't have the high chair. I had to call 4th time and the high chair which is essential for baby's needs was finally delivered. I received no calls from the management, no follow-up, no appologies for the great inconvenience. FVH does not value customers and does not care.

Family Gathering

Convenient place for our family to stay- Enjoyed the games- not being able to keep the sliding glass door open to the pool was not ideal. Safety concern I understand but wish there was a waiver or a timer to be able to forgo that feature while we're walking in and out. I'd recommend replacing the living room chairs to some nice leather recliners. Overall stay went well.

Nice but just a few things.

I enjoyed staying in the home for a second time. However, everytime we have went some of the video games the kids did not get to enjoy. Then the maintenance guy comes the evening before we leave which is not fair. I feel like for the price they went up on and charging for the home everything should be in perfect working order. When the maintenance guy left he didn't even fix the game he just left it without saying a word. Then there are scuff marks on the walls. Those take a moment to paint over. Also the shower upstairs could you some good cleaning as it looks like mold could be starting to grow around the outside of the shower door or the grout needs to be cleaned properly. Also pool heating is too expensive and should come with the cost you pay for the home. Otherwise it's ok. That's my honest review.

Fun house

The house was terrific but the management was impossible to get through to. We did use the emergency number and they came and fixed the toilet but never did fix the bowling game and never answered any questions we had about the projection screen or any else. We will still rent it again because we loved the house.. We had as much fun at the house as we did at the parks! The flow rider at the resort was great and their frozen cocktails were great! The house is only a block from all this!
