A great stay at Reunion Resort

We have stayed at Reunion before, and love the villa condos. Ther are spacious at nearly 1800 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and large balconies, and a large, full kitchen and washer/dryer. We have never been disappointed and they feel like staying in a home which is much nicer than staying in a hotel room, especially for extended periods of time.

Bad management

This property is in a prime location. The problems we experienced speak volumes about the management team. To whom it may concern, this was an email I wrote to them. I arrived today to not the best circumstances in the property we rented. First our code didn’t work to get in so I had to call and get a new code. Next we walk into a chemically smell in the property, the. We walk through and find dead bugs along the corners of the room. Then there is a liquid laying in the grout lines of the kitchen area, no idea where it came from, while looking at that we find a earring back on the middle of the floor. Then we noticed little ants in the kitchen everywhere. I called to tell them about this and the representative was not incredibly helpful, when I asked them to help resolve the bug issue and what the chemical smell was in the condo he said we will have someone take a look but gave no time frame. When I told him this needed to be resolved or we will need a new location and or a refund, he stated he will not do that. In the master bedroom bedside outlets for some reason the top outlet near the balcony doesn’t work. This is all on day 1. Curtains in the master bedroom were ripped. Their response was everything should be fine. Didn’t want to address the issues.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Tastefully decorated, new furnishings, comfortable beds, cozy linens. The condo was also immaculately clean! I could not find one single piece of dirt anywhere. This condo is very well taken care of & is definitely cleaned on a regular basis by a topnotch cleaning service. The master bedroom contained a king bed and beautiful master bath with a huge glass shower, garden tub, double vanity, and toilet which was enclosed in its own room inside the bathroom. The second bedroom had a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity. The toilet & shower were in a separate room off of the bathroom. The third bedroom had two double beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The toilet and shower are not separated from the vanity in this bathroom. The dining room table had seating for six, living room had a sofa & two chairs, flat screen tvs were in all bedrooms, as well as the living room. Free wifi and cable tv were also included. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. There is a toaster, blender, Cuisinart coffeemaker (takes cone filters). Two trash bags, a small bottle of dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and a small box of laundry detergeant (enough for two loads) are provided, as well as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I do recommend buying a couple extra rolls of toilet paper & some kleenex. There is a stackable washer & dryer in the condo. The Reunion Resort is a gorgeous upscale golf resort just a few miles from Disney, but a few miles off of busy Highway 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The resort is about a mile from I-4 exit 58. There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, McDonalds, gas station, Dunkin Donuts, Papa Johns, & many other stores just outside of the resort. Driving time to Disney is about 10 minutes (due to traffic & red lights), International Drive and the Convention Center are about a 25 minute drive. Six of us stayed in this condo - three moms & three daughters - for a volleyball tournament. I look forward to returning again with my family of six in the near future. I highly recommend this condo & resort to anyone traveling to Orlando. I have stayed in dozens of resort in the Orlando area, & the Reunion Resort is my all-time favorite. This condo was perfect!

Family Vacation

I must say overall this was a nice affordable home. The home was very spacious, you don't have to worry about being in anyone's way. The only problem I had was the sofa sleeper had a lot of stains and no linen, looks like blood stains was on it, it needs to be replaced . The dinning chairs was uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the chairs. The sheer curtains in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and the linen in the master bedroom was not clean enough to my satisfaction. Overall love the area and location.

Property was well maintained, wish checkout time would have been at 11:00am. 10:00am for a checkout time is a little early compared to other places. The pool seemed very nice, but we were not able to get in at 9:30pm, that seemed a little early to close a pool as well. Overall it was a nice clean unit to spend a week in.

Nice Vacation Resort

We found the unit very clean and comfortable for our family. It has a good layout. Its location is very convenient for Disney parks. Reunion is a huge vacation resort, with many amenities such as pools, golf course, dinning. Shopping is also close by. We would go back to this resort.
