I arrived a little early before check in time. The staff was helpful and understandable and was able to let me check in. The property is going through some renovations but it didn’t bother our stay. The location is perfect, several restaurants and alot of activities to do nearby. Free breakfast was a plus. Overall a great stay.

it was to everything even public transportation to universal studios you take bus 38 must crossed street to catch it and disney world and epcot take 38 to superstop and take 350 or 311 to disney world and epcot and take take 350 and 311 to opposite for SeaWorld and down the street titanic museum

Very clean property, reception smelled like a flower garden so clean, our room was impeccable, bathroom not a speck of mold. TV is huge!! Gonna be my property of choice. Only drawback is no phones in room to contact reception in case of issues.

Room was essentially clean, beds kind of hard and I recommend to bring a blanket since the ones there are thin, it gets noisy in the morning but the drapes help blackout the light from outside, breakfast was great for the price and the staff is friendly overall good place if you don't wanna break the bank while staying at the theme parks.

Room and pool was clean and staff was amazing. Hallways had a strange smell as did our room first day but a little air freshener and letting our ac run the entire time helped. There was construction going on in nearby rooms that we weren’t told about. It woke us up a few days but we weren’t told sleeping in and it didn’t start until 10am. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Overall a good budget stay near the parks if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room. Epic drive: 8mins Universal: 20mins Airport: 38mins

Front desk receptionist was nice, the front area is not bad. The elevator is so unkept and has tape all over peeling up and all dirty looking on the bottom not sure why. The rooms look decent, beds are super hard and you can feel the wires. The bathrooms are in DESPERATE need of a facelift. Doors are beat up, shower is beat up, prob haven’t been updated since they built it .
