The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual.

Breakfast was convenient, literally everything else was an absolute nightmare. Our room door would fight with us every time we tried to open it. The door knob was literally not attached to the door, it came off when pulled. You can hear guests full conversations through the walls because of how thin they are. Every time I went into the lobby there was another guest complaining about something to the front desk.

Hotel is in a great location, and the housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The front desk employee who checked us in was friendly as well. I also liked the modern vending machines, ice available on every floor, and the gift shop inside the hotel. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. There were a lot of shady and loud people hanging around outside at night — loud enough to hear clearly from the 3rd floor with the windows closed. The hotel really needs better security because many unsavory characters pass through the area. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The hot tub didn’t even work and had large cracks in the steps that looked hazardous. My kids even found a huge rusted nail inside the kiddie pool. Pool furniture was old and torn up. The room itself did not feel clean. There were stains on surfaces that looked like either chemical runoff or dirt. Curtains were missing, and the ones that were there looked old and dirty. Lamp shade were broken/dirty. Toilet had a leak. Our room also had no chair or small couch, so we always had to sit on the beds. Bath towels were extremely small — more like toddler-sized towels — and looked old and crusty. The bathroom layouts are awkward and could really benefit from pocket doors or better design. The lobby bathrooms also lacked a main door, and at one point I unfortunately walked by and saw a man using the restroom from the lobby area.

Second time staying in this hotel. I think it’s great for the price and the distance from the parks .The only issue I have is that housekeeping didn’t clean the room they would only take away the trash and restock the towels and soaps.we stayed for a week and our sheets where never replaced nor our beds made. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Muy céntrico pero la habitación extremadamente sucia, el piso sobre todo, la cama y sábanas y toallas aceptable, el baño no estaba sucio pero el pis no podías poner ni un dedo. El desayuno regular lo que vi mal es que a las 9:00 am cuando cerraba la entrada si estabas ya sentado consumiendo retiraban la comida que había. Veo bien no dejen pasar luego de esa hora pero si el que está antes está consumiendo y desea algo más por qué quitar.

I Checked in around 9PM and check-out before 8AM. I paid $93 to expedia and I was charged $20 fee at the hotel. The worst Breakfast I have ever had in a hotel that includes this service. Egg was cold, sausage not well cooked while service personal (young lady) was on the mobile phone. The best part of the hotel was the pilots. Check out was not the best experience. I didn’t feel welcome or greet.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we are beyond thrilled with the hotel. We walked in to the lobby and it was immediately so much nicer than a lot of other hotels. We have stayed at previously. Very good vibes. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of my entire family’s trip because there were so many options and every day changed. The beds were very comfortable in the rooms were nice and clean.

The Mickey waffles were a hit with the kids. But that was the only thing. The apple juice was watered down. Even after the attendant replacement it, still watery. The room was clean but the floor was a little sticky. Not sure from what. The bathtub was repainted and the paint was pulling off if the sides and corners leaving room for excess water to stay in the peeling paint. The second night, we arrived late and when we pulled back the covers there was a small bright red stain in the middle of the bedsheet. My wife thought it was blood until i reassured her it was only red ink. That was a hard sell. Also, bring your device chargers. This place has no USB connections. Aside from that, the room (426) was nice. The air conditioning was excellent and we didn't see any bugs. Oh, one more thing, my wife had to take cold showers in the morning both days. Apparently no hot water in the mornings. I took a shower at night.
