Excellent

The home was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The developement was nice, had sidewalks if you wanted to take walks, and had a nice park area for kids. The location is very close to Disney Parks, restaurants, and shopping/grocery stores, hair dressers, etc. Heating the pool was a bit pricey, however, we paid for a week and it was great. I would recommend.

Awesome Stay

This house felt like a home and it felt special to have someone share their home. The house was BEAUTIFUL and we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Initially I was turned off by the fact that only a starter kit of supplies would be provided and what seemed like an extensive booking process like providing driver's license. It was the first time it had been asked of me while booking. However, upon entering the home it all melted away. We felt blessed to be able to enjoy the gorgeous lake view.

We had a great stay at Villa Asileus! Very clean and neat beautiful house, good location close to all Disney parks. Good communication and prompt response from property management, we definitely recommend this house and hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised that this was exactly as pictured!! Owners seemed to think of everything we might need. The decorating was perfect for our first trip to Disney! We will definitely use this again! Thank you for helping to make our trip great!!!

Fabulous home & water view

Very pleased with this we’ll equipped, classic rental. Great heated pool with view of large pond and wildlife. Quality throughout! Great services from the property managers. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

The house was nice, clean, and very spacious for our family of four. The kids love the Micky Mouse theme and the view from the kitchen looking out into the pool was very convenient as we have two little ones that we have to keep an eye on. Also, having a large pond right behind the pool was nice as the little ones were able to see some ducks and birds. I didn't know this before but upon entering the property and looking around, there was a high chair, single stroller, and a pack n play so very baby/toddler friendly.The only downside was the amount of mosquitos waiting by the door as we enter and exit the property but that is to be expected since it is Florida. Well definitely stay here again the in the future.

Disney FUN

The house is clean and comfortable. Just as described online. Pool was great and refreshing. This rental worked great for our vacation. Only two issues I had was the dishwasher needs replaced. First it wouldn’t run at all, they sent someone out to fix it and after that It won’t clean dishes very well. Also they have swarming bugs by front door that can be a nuisance when coming and leaving the property. However I would rent again regardless of these two issues. It is about 30-40 minutes to Disney with traffic.

Family Vacation

Pros: Very clean house. Beautiful oversized pool patio Nice sized bedrooms Very spacious home Good neighborhood Cons: Rent A Villa/Eagle Management who runs the property just could not grasp how much of a pain the pool patio alarm was. You have to press a button to go out to the patio, which is fine, but there’s not one on the outside, so therefore, each time you come in, guess what? The alarm goes off and you have to hit the button really quick. Very annoying and unnecessary. Please stop telling me about laws and codes. I’ve stayed in dozens of houses in Florida and have never had this issue. Even the neighbors started to complain. The management company and the owner need to get on the same page so this is not such an issue for the people staying there during their vacation. Also-the check in process was annoying. You’re required, if you book within 30 days to go their office to check in. It was unnecessary. Also, they don’t give you an information packet. They email it to you after you leave the office. The problem though is that the connectivity in the area is poor if you’re not on wifi. So we had to leave the neighborhood and drive until connectivity improved. Just have a welcome packet ready if you’re going to force people to come to your office. Main TV is hard to figure out. Should be written directions. The other TV’s were fine. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. Coffee pot leaks when you pour.

Amazed

We had such a blast on our week stay here. It was clean, support was quick and effective, the view was phenomenal, there was more then enough room for all 9 of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool everyday! We will definitely be back and look forward to making our stay at the location a tradition!
