Wonderful Place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay. Pleanty of room for all of the family. The beds were comfortable. The resort looked nice but it was too cold to use during our time there. No complaints.

Amazing Orlando Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and close to the resort pool. The kids loved the game room and the pool! We would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place…perfect for a family!!

We had a great experience!! The house was very clean and all furniture, couches and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was great after our long days at Disney and the large dining table let us all eat together which was awesome! The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and had a lot of fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, pool, and hot tub

We enjoyed our stay in the house and it had wonderful amenities. The house was clean and the bedrooms were large. The five bathrooms also were a big plus. We will be returning to the area in a couple of years and we hope to get the same house.

It was amazing and if there was a problem she responded, very clean and comfortable very big and the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s so much better in person and I would definitely book again !

Great house!

We were a family and friends group of 10 and it was a perfect house for us. Clean and comfortable and had no problems during our stay. Great location a short drive to Disney and the club house pool was a hit with the kids. Highly recommended.

It was a good stay

My family and I visit for spring break 2025. The house was nice! what I didn’t like was you had to pay fees to use different amenities far as the heating of the pool couldn’t use the grill because they said it was the owners it was for owner. Use only we had to rent or buy a grill also for a late check out have to pay additional fee, the game room none of the games worked, which was a disappoint because we had small kids and teenagers. also the back pool area didn’t have any lights to light up the area. also, the upstairs master bed on the right side closer to the window. The springs are worn out on that side, so the bed sits low slept terrible! Overall, the house was nice. The community was nice also and quiet.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our time there. The house was neat and clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had standard coffee pot, plenty of plates and cups for all, there is a grill but the ignition switch didnt work had to use a lighter. Beds were comfy. It was perfect for 2 families to share. With 2 masters ans 3 other rooms. About 15 to 20 from Disney. Had to email owner about a change in wifi info but they were responsive quickly. We would rent it again.

Great house for a family getaway with plenty of room

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. As others mentioned, make sure to fully understand what is or isn’t provided, especially in the kitchen area, I.e., spices and special cooking pots and pans. The basic stuff is provided but we like to cook a lot instead of going out with our big group. There’s plenty of seating in the family room and the benches at the dining table were convenient for our group. Overall we were very pleased with the house. The communication with property management was super fast and responsive and they answered all our questions. Be aware that there’s an additional fee if you wish to use the community amenities but it’s not too costly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house!

Family Reunion

Area was convenient, we picked this house last minute due to the VRBO we had chosen sold ownership. The amount of rooms and bathrooms were perfect in this house, however The house supplies were minimal for the 9 people that were utilizing the house. No bath soap in the showers, no cleaning supplies in the kitchen to cleanup after meals, no salt & pepper, no coffee filters for coffee, etc. We killed at least 6 roaches - no spray to keep away insects. I lived in Florida for 40 years, and never had a roach problem. We made the best of the situation we were given and appreciated the opportunity to continue with our plans.

Great property with 1 small issue

We rented this property for family to stay in during a wedding. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The only issue that we had was two of the games in the game room did not work. We couldn’t get the air hockey table to work or the other electronic football game to turn on. We didn’t rent the property because of the game room, however it was disappointing that those games didn’t work. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised

I was a little skeptical due to some past unsettling reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance. Pictures of property are fairly accurate. Great space with lots of room, towels and extra bedding. Pool was perfect temperature I didn't pay for pool heater. House was pretty clean though could use some dusting and a deeper clean. I traveled with my infant so my standards are quite high. Initially had issues with internet connection, but I was able to troubleshoot on my own. Router was unplugged. Wish all TV’s had available streaming instead of cable especially in the master. I would’ve also appreciated locks on the outside screen doors but in general the neighborhood did feel very safe. Overall great stay and price. Best of all no hidden charges or extra fees.

Clean, Beautiful House with Great Location & Amenities

Our family of 4 (2 toddlers 3 and under) had a great experience! The house is beautiful and was very clean. I would definitely stay again. Some things that I would have liked to have known in advance and didn't see in the reviews are that the access to the pool is child safe - there are locks on the sliding doors that are over an adult's head height and the pool fence is secure. The spa does have jets! There is a drying rack provided for pool towels/swimsuits, which was great! There is also a step stool, baby gate, and fan provided at the house. The coffee maker is standard drip - not a Keurig. As mentioned in other comments there are two primary bedrooms, but the bed in the upstairs primary is VERY soft. The bed in the downstairs primary was supportive without being hard and was awesome! For our family, there were plenty of towels, but I can see how if you were traveling with a larger group it may not be enough. Also, if you only have one vehicle you do not need a parking pass, you can just park in the driveway with no problems. We also got food and a stroller delivered with no issues - we did not have to notify the gate. We went to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs during our trip and traffic on highway 4 is always backed up, however it was fine and if you use GPS the times were accurate (20-30 min). We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this house!

A good place to stay

We rented this house for a few days while we played in a soccer tournament. The house was spacious for the five of us. We ran into a few small issues...like the hot tub worked the first day but then it started leaking water and we never got to use it again. The pool is small, but that's how pools in that area are. It was good for a soak. Our garbage disposal also did not work, and we happened to be staying over a holiday weekend so they didn't have time to come check on it. On a scale of 1 to 10, that is barely a 1, though, so we didn't care much. The game room was a disappointment. The air hockey table was kind of falling apart, the foosball table was small and a little rickety, and there was another weird football game that I'd never seen before. For five adults who were down there to play soccer, this was a non-issue, but if you have kids with you and were expecting an engaging game room, the one in this house needs some updating. There are two very large gathering areas with large TVs, and those were great when we wanted to watch something together. The house is very comfortable. The communication with management was one of the best parts of the trip because they were in constant contact with us. If there was an issue, I could send an email and it would be answered very promptly. I'd put the management team in the top 5% of companies I've dealt with over the years. Overall, I'd definitely stay in this house again.

Horrible experience

Being in Florida was the only good part, our kids had alot of fun other than at this house. The communication was horrible unless they wanted to charge me more money for things. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days & I tried multiple times to reach out to them to get this issue fixed. Finally when we had left one morning for our day at SeaWorld, they sent a maintenance person to the house without me knowing & while we were gone I got an email saying the maintenance person said there was a “Distinct smell, smell of smoke” coming from the outside moving on into the house, so they charged my card $500!!! Without even letting me know or having the decency to have a discussion with me about it first! FYI not one with us smokes & we have 7 children with us that would not happen around them. I was very unhappy. Reached out multiple times to discuss this with them & never got an answer until I had to ask them for the code for the grill, which they were trying to charge my card again to use the grill when it says in the agreement it was free just have to ask for the code. According to them IT IS NOT so beware of that if you plan to stay here. They finally told me they would refund my money if the smell was gone when we checked out so of course it was because no one smokes to begin with. THEN they tell me they’re charging me for damages because of blankets from kids’ beds smelling like pee.. in the agreement it says not to wash or strip the bedding! STILL waiting on refund after 2 weeks

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Would recommend and will be staying here again. The owner is on top of any issue and the community is a nice. Place is like the pictures and well taken care of. Loved this property home away from home.
