Nice rental but...

The rental was very nice, but AC was broken when we arrived and the customer service was less than stellar. That service is the only reason I would consider a different rental management over Vacasa next time.

Horrible!

I had booked this place for 7/3-7/7. The host canceled our booking on 7/2 leaving us scrambling to find a last minute booking. Was told that my refund would take 7-10 business days & that I would have to pay out of pocket again for a second booking. Did that only to have the same thing happen again. Now that’s two bookings that I have to wait on refunds for!! It’s very inconsiderate of a host to decide to use the property last minute! I hope no one ever books this property! VRBO is horrible & was no help! After spending the day calling them & them “dropping calls” all day (hung up on me 8 times), they only offered 120 key cash to help with rebooking. That doesn’t help when I’m literally out of thousands!!
