Skimpy with amenities

If all you're going to do is sleep here then I guess it's okay, but if you're going to do any cooking or food preparation, or actually use the facility as a resting place, they only provide very basics. One very small fry pan, no toaster, no coffee filters, or dish soap. They provide one roll of paper towels , one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one garbage bag. You're on your own for the rest of it. To top it off they kick you out at 10 sharp and expect you to take all your garbage with you. Not what I would call family friendly. Only good thing I can say is it has a great location.

Nice property, close to Disney and Universal!

We were very pleased with the house and the location. New, clean, and very nice. A little disappointed in the lack of supplies. No water glasses, only sm juice glasses, and wine glasses but no wine opener. No wash clothes. No regular tv, only netflix. We had a plumbing issue during our stay that made the house very stinky, but it was fixed within the day. Overall it was a great stay, just need to add a few more things and it would be excellent. :)
