Very convenient to Universal and was a wonderful retreat for family fun when not at parks. The shuttle didn't turn out to be helpful as we hoped but Uber worked well when we didn't drive ourselves.Everything was great overall. There were only two small issues during our stay. The pool heat did not work properly, even after the staff checked on it for us. And the front door does not latch well so we had to keep deadbolt locked or the wind would blow it open. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful Family vacation and would happily return to resort again. Highly recommended Villatel!
