Good house, enjoyed waterpark

This is a good property for a family stay. We really enjoyed the resort waterpark and basketball court. We did not use the very small pool at the house much during the stay.

Nice house

We had a nice vacation in this beautiful, clean and well equipped house. A big issue, the gate to get in the resort is not working well.

Great location!

From the front door to parking at the parks it took us 15-20 min.Be sure to pack washcloths and pool towels, as none are provided, and you may want extra regular towels as well (there is only one towel per person).

Great place

This resort is one of our favorites. The property was super convenient and plenty of room for larger families. We paid for pool heat, but unfortunately it was colder the majority of our nights there and although the kids didn’t mind, the water wasn’t warm to relax in for the rest of us. So I’d suggest don’t bother with pool heat for this time of year. Also, no pool towels, so bring your own. I forgot about this before the trip and had to buy them!Host communication was great.

Worst experience and dirty home

This house was a nightmare from the moment we walked in. Stuff all over the walls, mold in the shower, pee on the bed. We were promised a mattress cover and never received it. The TV was broke and kept randomly turning off. The filter was so full of dust we woke up stuffy and puffy. They gave us 1 towel per person for 4 days stay and they are paper thin. One roll of toilet paper and they expect you to replace it when you leave. Took the people a day to respond and send someone back out to clean. 0/10 recommend this house.

Nice place propery management not the best

Clean, nice townhouse . Security gate didnt check epass , had to do a very hefty verification process for epass verification for gate entry however gate didnt even care who drove into the community, didnt bother to look. concerns with not getting the door code via email and had to wait 1 hour at the door before code was texted to me .place is nice, modern, clean and at a good location.. owner might want to find a new property management company
