    We are only a little over 8 miles to Disney (about 15 min.) . We have remodeled this Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, minutes from Disney.
    Feel Safe in our GATED COMMUNITY with a playground and a tennis court, South-facing pool/grotto (the grotto, which is the sitting area by the pool is not a hot tub and is always the same temperature as the Pool).
    Pool Heating is available (only $25 per night) & child-safe guard screen fence.
    Each room is beautifully decorated, new smart Flat-screen TVs in every room. Spacious Master Suite- walk in closet, en suite, soaker tub, dual sinks, with the Bed sizes:
    1 King (In Master Suite)
    1 Queen in One room
    1 Queen in Another room
    4 Twin beds (Trundle beds which means 2 of the Twin beds slide under the other Twin beds in one Room)
    We have meticulously remodeled with modern and updated features, including recently updated stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen & new furniture in the living room. We thought of everything! high-speed internet & cable, Washer & Driver; Garage Game room with 50" tv, Xbox One, Ping Pong, basketball, corn Hole, Easel, Board Games, Pool with Basketball & Furnished Patio/Lanai with Table and 8 chairs and 2 Lounge chairs as well as a Grill and Pool area Smart Tv.
    It is Close to Walmart, Starbucks, Grocery Stores (Publix about 1/2 mile away), Great Shopping, Exquisite & chain Restaurants, and all the Disney amusement parks (Uber and Lift services available) as well as all the other wonderful things to do in and near Orlando.

Very nice and spacious home. Owner was very quick to respond to my wife when she had questions. Perfect location close to attactions. Had a wonderful time during our stay and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Davenport. It was relatively close to Disney. The owner was very helpful and provided AWESOME service! If we ever go back to the area, we will stay again.

Family vacation

Took Family of 10 on vacation. Plenty of space for everyone kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool kitchen was big plenty of room to cook. Master bath was bigger than I was expecting. Overall experience was excellent.

Perfect Stay - Great House

Great location and well stocked house. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. House was perfect for our needs and in a great location for activities at Disney. Everyone enjoyed the pool and there were lots of choices for games, ping pong, etc. Even our teenager had no complaints! Would highly recommend for families and would love to stay here again next time we are in Orlando.

Family vacation

I was hesitant to stay in a 4 bedroom house with 5 adults and 3 children but I was surprisingly impressed with the amount of space we had not to mention how beautiful the house was and how quiet the neighborhood is! Eric went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were meet! We would definitely rebook with him if/ when we return to Florida again.

Incredible! Want to come again!

This is the best villa we have stayed in since we have been visiting Orlando for the last 11 years. It had everything we needed and more including a well equipped kitchen and games room, comfortable beds and a brilliant pool. It is clean and very well maintained and was the perfect position to get to all the parks, shops and everywhere else we needed. Eric responded quickly to any questions and was great at communicating before our arrival and throughout. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Beautiful comfortable place to stay

This property is exactly as described. We had a great stay here. The rooms are all spacious and relaxing. The master bathroom is awesome! The pool gate and door alarms are a nice touch if you have little kids in your group. The location is great and the gated community is easy to get in and out of with the code. Eric was quick to respond when we were talking and answered any questions we had. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Great stay

Great stay. Everything was as advertised. As an extended family ( 3 generations ) we rent places for 2 or 3 vacations a year, from ski rentals to summers on Cape Cod. The first thing my wife said was how clean and well appointed it was. Plenty of room. Pool was plenty warm for the kids without the heat, but not the old folks. Grandkids first trip to Disney, SeaWorld, Cape Kenned. Will be back if doing it again.Eric very responsive

Best Vrbo stay

This place was amazing, even though the pictures are great, it’s even better in person. Eric was very good at communicating and answered any questions we had. There is a ton of space, and it was very clean and we loved the pool area and the game room in the garage. Not to mention walking around the gated community always made us feel safe and comfortable. It’s located close to just about everything you would want to do and Disney is only about 9 miles away. This is the best place we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back.

Kids n family loved the Heated pool n having beach towels provided, it was great! Quite neighborhood. Close to parks n places to eat. Very clean Had issue with AC but Eric was very helpful to get it addressed. Just be aware you need garbage bags n paper towels :) no major but good to know.

Fantastic Experience

My husband & I took our 2 daughters (ages: 28 & 17) and Grandson(age:2) for family Vacay. The house was perfect for our family, the neighbor next door & the gentleman that cleans the pool were very nice. From the moment I booked the house & to the final minute we departed, the owner of the house(Eric)’s communication was TOP NOTCH! If we had a question/or needed anything he responded quickly. Hidden Gem but close to everything

I read other reviews that said the pictures do not do this place justice and that is an understatement. This place is amazing, so much room, gated community, pool, everything was clean and in order. In the garage was a great place to just hang out and play some games especially if other people are sleeping. We also loved the fact that everything is so close by, from restaurants to Walmart to grocery stores and Disney’s only about 9 miles away so you’re not directly in the thick of traffic but you’re also close to just about everything you could want to do. There’s even a park that has a great walking track and basketball courts, handball etc only a half a mile away. We travel a lot and this has been the best place we’ve ever stayed and We will definitely be staying at this place again the next time we’re in town.

The house was in a great location, was incredibly spacious and well laid out, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The pool area was amazing, including a rest room outdoors to avoid wet swimmers walking through the house. We had 8 guests and all were comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The game room is a huge bonus. Very well done.
