Sun, Fun and Relaxation

Situated in a lovely gated area that is quiet yet homely, traffic is minimal, to say the least, and the estate feels really safe if you enjoy walking; the neighbors were friendly. The villa is spacious, really comfortable, and well maintained, with a nice swimming pool and sunbathing area. Our grandchildren would have spent all their time there. Villa backs onto a lake, so it is not overlooked except by a nice mixture of wildlife and butterflies, which once again fascinated the children. Evenings around the pool were restful and quiet. The villa's interior was comfortably furnished, the cooking area was well equipped, and the bathrooms, mainly shower rooms, were clean and tidy. The location of this villa could not have been better; very close to all amenities and restaurants as well as the Disney theme parks and downtown Kissimmee. The owners very kindly provided shortcuts to the parks, thus avoiding periods of heavy traffic and saving a great deal of time, as well as useful tips on eating out and where to grab a bargain. Given the opportunity, It is a place that I would have no hesitation in staying again, and I would strongly recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing Home

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it! We have stayed on-site at Disney and Universal hotels in the past, but this home is by far the way to go. Immaculately kept and awesome ownership that answers every need promptly and effectively.

Absolutely prefect

The house was wonderful, very clean and most accommodating for our large group. The kids loved the pool and the themed rooms. Charles and Joanne was very quick to respond to any questions we had before our arrival. We absolutely loved it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This property gets 5 stars!! I can’t say enough good things about this property or Charles and Joanne, the owner! We could have shown up with our clothing because everything else is provided. This house has everything you need to make your vacation the most comfortable!! Our kids loved the theme rooms and all the details that were put into them. It is so close to Disney and has tons of good restaurants. We travel a ton, and cleanliness is so important to me, especially during Covid times. This house is so clean. I had ZERO concerns about whether things were clean, as my kids were crawling around on the floors! Charles and Joanne were attentive and helpful when answering our questions. If you want a great place to stay, this is it! You won’t be disappointed 😃😃

On other visits to Disney, we have always stayed inside the park, but we decided to stay outside because of the cost. This was a great decision. Great Vacation Home

The house was perfect for multiple families. Everything you needed was available, and the pool was excellent. Everyone enjoyed being there. It is the best house we have stayed in during many years of off-and-on trips to the Disney World Area. When we come back, I hope the house will be available. Thank you for a wonderful place.

Amazing Property !!

We stayed with a group of 10 adults and 7 kids aged 2-9 and had plenty of room to spread out. We could go back and forth from the house to Disney, which was great with small kids. The baby gates and kid-friendly dishes were much appreciated. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a crowd — the two dishwashers were amazing. I'm looking forward to a return trip!

This was one of the most enjoyable vacation the family has had.

There is lots of Space, a wonderful pool, a jacuzzi, quality TVs, and Wi-Fi. It is very lovely and in a Great location to all the parks. We felt very safe in the gated community.

Everyone loved the property, would be back again
