LARGE PRIVATE POOL HOME - 5 BR/5BH - GATED RESORT NEAR DISNEY

This is a spacious private pool home in an exclusive gated resort. It is just minutes from Disney Parks and all that Central Florida has to offer! You can spend a day just relaxing poolside looking at all the wildlife as this property is adjacent to conservation land or you can get out and enjoy all of the parks that are just minutes away.

The house has a brand new state-of-the-art HVAC system with UV lighting to clean and filter the air for our guest's health and safety.

Every bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV, wireless internet, and a whole-house intercom system. There is a great room with a seating area, dining area, and spacious kitchen. There is a brand new theatre room with state-of-the-art surround sound and a 90" 8K TV for streaming all of your favorite shows.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can fit the whole family and be able to get everyone showered and out the door to get an early start at the parks. Every room has a ceiling fan for added climate control and airflow.

The King Master Suite has double sinks, a large soaking tub, a separate water closet, and a shower.

You'll want to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying our wonderful Florida climate! The patio features a private pool and spa plus outdoor seating and an outdoor kitchen. The spacious patio provides the perfect private place to relax and enjoy the tropical climate. The kitchen is fully equipped so you'll have everything you will need to enjoy your stay here in the Sunshine State.

You'll be close to all the Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, Busch Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Kennedy Space Center, Legoland, and a short drive to both east and west coast beaches! With two Outlet Malls close by as well as the Mall at Millennia and The Loop, it is a shopper's dream.

You'll feel safe and secure in this 24-hour manned gated community. The Club House features a spacious zero-entry heated pool, hot tub, internet cafe, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, playground, beach volleyball, putting green, picnic area with grill, and more.

This was the 4th we visited Orlando and the third house we rented. This house was great, clean and provided all the luxury advertised. The thing that made this great was the owner David was very responsive and great to work with. There were no issues, but when questions arose he was quick with his responses. Would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Spring Trip

We enjoyed our stay and working with Dave was fantastic. He’s very communicative and even met us at check in to show us around and how to use everything. Our favorite thing was the theatre room, it’s very nice. Items to know if you’re staying- bring your beach towels along there were only 2, and the hot tub isn’t actually hot, it’s the same temp as the pool.

Amazingly fun rental!

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home so much—great pool, nice appliances, all the comforts of home with a perfect location! The theatre room was a huge hit and we loved the fun decor all thru the house! Everything was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBOs, but highly recommend this one!

Best Vacation home ever !

Where do I start?! The theather, the pool , the outside kitchen, omg all of it was perfect and as shown in the pictures! The owner of the home was consistant whenever we needed him he was there for all of our needs. The pool is very bigger than it is in the pictures. Everything was so clean and new. Amazing home away from home.

This was a spectacular house to spend our vacation in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids absolutely loved the movie theater set up and the pool was beyond refreshing for the entire family. David was available whenever we had any questions. This stay was perfect.

A time to relax and truly enjoy our vacation!

Scheduled a week to sit back and relax by the pool while the others went to Universal and Disney to experience Halloween, the 50th anniversary of Disney and the transformation into holiday decorations! Dave, the host, was extremely timely with information and very accommodating when we had questions. His home exceeded our expectations and was very relaxing. Something for everyone. And the theater room was off the hook. Younfelt like you were in the movie with the sound and seats! Also the location was convenient. We definitely recommend renting this home from him. This property was just as it was listed on VRBO website. The whole family loved the theater room. The house was clean and inviting. The owner made sure we felt welcomed. Slice of perfection

We rented this property for 2 weeks. The house was spotless when we arrived. We've rented other villas where we had to go right in and clean. We were so glad we didn't this time. Dave was super responsive and informative about everything operated. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The theater room was a huge hit with our kids. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. We took our dog and it was very pet friendly. My only recommendation would be extra towels and washcloths because we had a large family and went through them quick but there is a washer and dryer. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay next year. Overall it was one of the best villas we stayed in and the owners were perfect.
