Customer service terrible. All the employees were very rude and dismissive. The bathrooms were filthy. All the towels had pubic hair. Ice machine didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work and fought me on replacing with a new one. Business center printer didn’t work. Extremely small space and doesn’t not look like online pictures at all. Housekeeping didn’t come. Had to empty our own trash each time. Breakfast was not good and the breakfast room is so small you are tripling over everyone. Elevator didn’t work. Wouldn’t answer phone went down immediately and front desk was watching YouTube videos on her phone and continued to ignore me. Advertises transports to parks but doesn’t actually have transports to parks. Somewhat affordable but still 25 minutes from parks and pretty sketchy. Basic amenities that were “offered” were not available and no accommodations were made. Locked us out of our room. All in all it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t stay here again. One Star is too many stars.

Desk light in both rooms never worked; first rm assigned —-tV did not work, waited 45 min for someone to bring batteries for remote —nope still didn’t work, waited another 15 minutes for new room change; limited handicap parking spots —2 were located over 18 parking spots from Handicap room, 1ramp block with caution tape, limited lighting at nite—-concerns for safety; will not return due to poor lighting.

First time booking at this location. Shower up and they had over booked. They had made arrangements to send me down the road to a sister property. Went and checked in had to pay the resort fee, very shady hotel. Going into the hotel there was 2 couple hanging around the stairs with a pitbull and it's puppies. They all came running at us. They were friendly but it's concerning. These people were living 2 rooms down from me appear permanently with all these dogs inside cages in the room. Went to our floor from the staircase to find a lady "working" in lingerie on the bed with the door open. I complained to Expedia who the booking was through about the stay and the hotel management wouldn't return their call right away. Finally emailed and said they didn't charge me resort fees for compensation which they charged me for at check-in. Terrible experience, the overbooking seems to be an issue at this location so they can send you down the road to their less desirable property. I will not stay here again.

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt war das Frühstück ein Desaster. Zu Stoßzeiten ist fast alles leer und das Personal braucht ewig, um das Buffet wieder aufzufüllen. Frischkäse und Bagels wurden z.B. auch auf Nachfrage nicht innerhalb von 45min aufgefüllt. Ansonsten bekommt man für einen super Preis gute Zimmer.

I checked in at 730p and told that no king rooms were available, but I booked a month in advance. Given two double beds instead. The water pressure and quality was poor at best. The doors all had gaps in them (from the outside) and seemed unkept. The grounds had a mattress outside that was awaiting trash and looked like the homeless community had been running rampant. The breakfast was crowded, oily, and not really bountiful compared to others in the area. The staff was rude and not helpful when I brought up these concerns.

Overall a good stay. Price was right. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in. It just had a small metal chair. The elevator was not working. It had a breakfast that was ok. Very little room for seating there. For the price it was a good deal and I would stay there again.
