It was cheap but it fulfilled it's purpose. Was relatively safe. Walls were paper thin. None of the reviews mentioned that there is a helicopter experience ride next to the hotel. Helicopters were not very frequent, just enough to be of concern noise wise.

They charge you a service fee on top of charging you for the hotel, but their only waffle machine does not work, the space to eat is very small most people end up taking their food to their room. The pool is out of aervice but still charge you a service fee. No elevators in this place. Roaches on property. Pay a little more and get a better hotel. They do not clean your room unlesss you ask.

Room was clean, not a bad stay. There was limited parking, and I had to park quite as way from the room. I can't comment in the breakfast since I couldn't get through the line. People were standing in front of the waffle irons instead if stepping out of the way so other people can grab other items. Management needs to address this by asking people to step aside while they are waiting.

Check in and check out were both quick and efficient, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. However, there was a very large gap under our door, at least an inch. I could easily fit my entire hand through it and a wide variety of things could have crawled in with us overnight. Actually shocking that we saw zero bugs while in there, considering that. We stuffed a towel into the gap, but that is not ideal. We were looking forward to our breakfast in the AM, but had to skip it and leave due to the fact that it was in a tiny room with a huge crowd of people and nowhere to sit or even move around. It was quite claustrophobic in there, to say the least!

Room appeared clean until we saw a few bugs on and near the beds. Toilet was clogged and didn’t flush until it was resolved >24 hours later. Breakfast was lacking in protein options. Same sausages and eggs served the whole week we were there. Wouldn’t mind it if they didn’t charge a “resort fee” to include breakfast. Rather have spent that money elsewhere for breakfast. One positive is getting beds made and room cleaned every three days. Close enough to Disney and that’s the main reason we booked this hotel/motel. Probably wouldn’t come back here unless prices are significantly lower compared to other places in the area.

Discovered that our mini fridge was not cooling after already buying food. I went to call the front desk, but the room phone didn’t work. So I had to walk down to the office late at night. Asked the front office staff if they could send somebody to resolve the issue. She said there was nothing she could do until morning. This was after I had already explained that I had food sitting in that fridge as we spoke. We temporarily put some ice bags in the fridge to help. The next morning we went to go leave to the parks, found out the only elevator was out of order. This is extremely inconvenient with a 3 year old and 8 month old. Had to carry the stroller and babies down by hand. This caused me a lot of pain as I have some pre existing injuries. Came back from the parks that day and discovered that nobody did anything with the fridge. Our food was spoiled. Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Bed was good and the staff was nice. Room was very dark, only one floor lamp for light. The room also had a lot of empty space. Breakfast was a cluster-f to say the least.
