Everything that glitters ain't gold!
My guest and I arrived at this property for the purpose of a birthday celebration. Only to discover that the wifi name and pass wouldn't work. After trying multiple times to get access, we ended up having to call for assistance.. Shortly after, the name appeared and we could get on, but only for a short time. Additionally, as we went to take baths none of us in any bathroom or kitchen had hot water. This was day one.
On day two, we discovered the air went out in the middle of the night and the wifi still wasn't working. The manager came out right away to check the hot water, air and wifi. He left... the air was on, and the wifi was working, but still no hot water. Moreover, we went to get in the pool and there were leaves and bugs all through the pool and there were many toys left in the pool that were slimy. I took the net to begin cleaning the pool from all the debris and my friends took the bleach we'd bought and began disinfecting the toys.
On day three, we were still struggling to keep access to the wifi and the service provider was called and after an hour of troubleshooting we finally had access. The manager had come sent someone out to clean the pool again. The hot water was finally fixed and so was the air.
What a nightmare! While we were there we had to replace batteries in one of the t.v. remotes. It just didn't feel like this property was in good keeping nor ready for guest.
I was very disappointed as it was my birthday!!
The pictures of this property look nice, but as stated in my tile, everything that glitters ain't gold. It was clean (not to my level of clean) but my friends and I did a level of clean to our liking. Also, it is old and with 1970s water faucets and have difficulties moving or the top pops off.
