Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

This stunning property features two opulent en suite bedrooms on the second floor, one with a King-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed. The sophisticated decor adds to the overall ambiance of the house.

To help you stay organized, here are the bed configurations for each bedroom:

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed - Social bathroom right next to the bedroom's door.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: King bed (private bathroom)
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed and two double beds (private bathroom)

The Parking Hanger must be placed in your car during your stay.

Cars parked in a tow zone or parked on the property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.
