Great location very comfortable I felt safe in the area which is a plus. My only concern was there were gnats that seem to be coming from the garbage disposal with a slight stitch. But overall very clean and comfortable stay.

Convenient location responsive management, poor housekeeping

Very convenient to everything, nice and safe area, security gate, affordable. Problem was that two lamps were broken and the sheets were not cleaned. They did respond and fix it the next day. Dirty sheets are inexcusable though. I gave them a 4 star because they fixed it quick.

Peace and comfort

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo! It's a two minute walk to the clubhouse and the pool which was great, it was stocked with all the amenities we would need during our trip and even small things like laundry and dishwasher detergent was so nice to have. The space is modern and inviting, the kitchen was well stocked and the split floor plan was great for kids and parents alike. We were all able to come back in the afternoon from the theme parks and take a quiet time. It was so nice to sit on the patio while others were resting or watching tv on a rainy day. It's so much nicer to have more space than a hotel room, the ability to make your own meals, do some laundry if you need to, etc. Two bathrooms were great as well. It wasn't as clean as I would've expected but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great family Stay

My family & I enjoyed our stay at with AYP Rentals! We felt right at home as it was spacious and very accommodating. The community amenities were great as well. Our kids loved the pool and slides onsite that were only a few minutes walk away. I loved that garbage was picked up daily outside the home. Plus the home is very close to the Disney Parks and to tons of restaurants, shops etc. The few concerns we had were quickly answered by Mr. Vergara. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area. The only things I would change, would be to perhaps provide a swifter for the home. Although I love the white tiled floor, everything shows on it and the broom doesn't do it justice. The dispenser may also need to be emptied. Despite these minor concerns, I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Communication With Property Management

Overall, we were happy with our experience. The property manager/ owner was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. The property was clean with some minor use. A few small things that would have made the experience better- more toilet paper. We were there seven nights with four people and had to go out and buy more. A few more rolls is all we would have needed. Also, towels, four towels were not enough for us. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great, but we didn't have washing machine soap to do laundry, so for convenience we had to buy towels for us to use. We were very happy about the great communication and how easy check in and check out was. The property was overall pretty quiet and well taken care of.

Prime location

Our stay had many great aspects, starting with the prime location — it was incredibly convenient for visiting the Disney parks. The property was also close to the pool and clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy the amenities. Both the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. Inside, the beds were comfortable, and the blackout shades were very effective, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. They also provided three pool towels, which was a nice touch.However, there were a few downsides. Each bathroom had less than a full roll of toilet paper, and only one dishwasher pod was provided, which felt a bit insufficient for a longer stay. Some lamps didn’t work, and there were no basic cleaning supplies like countertop spray or a dry mop, which would have been helpful. We also noticed coffee drips on the kitchen cabinets, and unfortunately, some mold in the main bedroom closet as well as minor mold in the bathrooms. This caused a noticeable mildew odor throughout the condo even with the dehumidify running. While these issues didn’t ruin our experience, better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and stocking basic supplies would have made the stay even better.

Great accommodations

This is our second summer staying at this property and it did not disappoint! Love having so many amenities within the unit—housekeeping left enough trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. to get us started. And there are plenty of dishes and cookware for our family. We love the simple and modern design as it makes it feel very clean and easy to maintain during our weeklong stay. The staff at Windsor Hills are so kind and warm as well in the shop and security check-in. Thank you for another great stay at your property!
