For a short stay, it was okay. However, cleanliness was a major issue. I had to go to Walmart to buy disinfectant wipes. The toilet was covered in urine, and the shower/bathtub had hair, including pubic hair. The mirror above the sink was covered in spit and toothpaste, and there was hair and toothpaste left in the sink as well. The bathroom door handle was barely attached, and the shower and tub handle came off. The room had a humidifier, and without it running there was a damp, musty smell. My family and I woke up twice with sinus and throat irritation. The food was okay, and the staff was nice and helpful.

The property lacks maintenence. The front desk staff were great. Housekeeping failed. Had to try 3 times to get working room keys. The breakfast was just toast, cereal and waffles. Stayed there twice..first and last.

The stay was full of problems and missing important details: 1. Three days/ 3 times were changed the Electronic Room Keys because not opened the room. 2. Breakfast terrible / no diversity, all days the same 3. No hygiene articles in room and dust everywhere. 4. Room trash not collected during stay althought it was notified, 5. Cigars odors like marihuana entering room ducts. It was notified. 6.Bathroom shower broken and leaking water. 7. Service and amenities really bad. Never consider go to this with your family. Rooms were like Motels.

We stayed in what we thought was this quality inn 2 or 3 years ago and it was great. Evidently they sold the property and bought the old red roof inn next door. Not nearly as nice!! The staff promised us a first floor room but no room was ready yet. They said go grab a bite to eat and come back, they'll hold the rooms for us. We came back and they gave those rooms away and we ended up on the 3rd floor. Then they weren't sure which set of keys to use so they gave us one of each so we could go up and check which one works then we had to return to the front desk to get a key made. Kind of lazy if you ask me. Not very professional. Just an overall very bad experience makes me want to think no more quality inn. We were staying in the area another 5 days and would have typically added on to the reservation but decided it's best if we moved to a different hotel. Definitely will not be staying at this one again

For my recent stay at Quality Inn Orlando Near International Drive, 8342 Jamaican Ct, Orlando, FL 32819, which I booked through Expedia for January 9–16, 2026. From arrival, the condition of the property was concerning. The front entrance mat was dirty, and the carpets on Level 3 were poorly maintained, though they were vacuumed on January 13. Inside my room, I found hair in the bed sheets and a toenail clipping on the floor beside the bed, which is unacceptable by any standard. Throughout most of stay, Wi-Fi was not available in my room; including a total internet outage on January 14. I was finally able to access it on January 15. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket for mobile data, despite internet access being advertised as an amenity. I also encountered a cockroach in my room one night, raising further concerns about cleanliness. Breakfast offerings were extremely limited (bread, bagels, waffles, coffee, tea, and juice only—no eggs or other hot options), and even basic equipment was lacking, with only two slots of a four-slot toaster working. Additionally, housekeeping was only provided upon request, which was not clearly communicated at booking. While staff members were polite and apologetic—particularly Jess and her coworker who attempted to assist on the night of January 11 or 12—the issues were never resolved. Given the number and seriousness of these issues, I believe this stay did not meet the standards advertised on Expedia.

The motel is run down and old. It needs to be updated. There was paint chipping off the walls, makeup stains on the flooring, rusting on the toilet and the outlets by the bed did not work. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was a glob of lotion or something on the floor by the shower. Couldn’t stream with the WiFi. TV kept randomly turning on in the middle of the night? I had to unplug it. I wouldn’t recommended. However, it is cheap, the air conditioning worked well, there was an air purifier which was nice. No weird smells in the room. Small fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for I guess but worth an extra $50 to stay somewhere nicer.

Room was very dirty , floor was dirty and had was seem like dry drops of S””””next to the the bed. Ac was really loud, it sounded like a truck running, the humidity in the room was awful even though they had a humidifier. The smell in the room was terrible. The room looked very old and unkept. Outside the door there were a bunch of spiders and spider nests all over the place. We stayed three nights and had to go to the reservation desk every day because key didn’t work. Facility outside really dirty aswell. Unfortunately this brings good meaning to the phrase; you get what you pay for.

The AC/Heat unit in the room didn't work, also they have roaches. There is a Staff member named Johnny who will hit on you if he likes you and kiss you on the first day you arrive. He will hover by your door; he will however discount your daily rate too. The staff smoke pot but if you're in the back area it will go into your room, and you will enjoy the aroma of weed smells. They have another member named Chris younger who is completely not a great staff member or good with people at all and is usually there at nighttime. The room 227 in the back second floor I stayed in was newly redone, the faucet for the tub leaked not just a little but I was able to build a moat out of towels to make sure it didn't flood the bathroom floor. Rooms should have Microwaves, to make it easier on guests to not have to go to the lobby floor to heat up their food, since most guests typically order food, go out to eat and have leftovers.
