The place was very clean and easy to access. It was in a great location so it was easy to get to all the tourist destinations and also to malls and other things to do. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

The check in was smooth and quick just like the messages directions said. They even moved us to a higher floor when we asked. Had a great view! We texted the number given to us to ask for more pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa and more towels (we use a lot) and they came right up with them. Super clean hotel. Quiet! Never heard noise from any other room or hall. Super close to Universal Epic Park -( 5 minutes away) . Great stay and place. Me, my wife and teenager loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Já me hospedei duas vezes e gosto.

We weren’t impressed with the kitchen area and what was left for us. 2 coffee pods and had to move the coffee pot bc the outlet didn’t work. Safe was locked permanently. Only 1 blanket and there were 3 of us. No ice maker on any floor. Pool area was spacious and nice. Restaurant bar was nice and food was pretty good.
