Casa Claudio is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo in beautiful Kissimmee Florida. It is newly renovated (January 2016) with new tile, appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with the cool and contemporary colors of Florida. It's top floor end unit location will have you believing you are on a quiet remote island. During your stay, you will receive access to a heated pool, spa, the fitness center, tennis courts, on-site BBQ's and the beautiful view of Buck Lake. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed in each of the master bedrooms, two twin beds in the guest room and kids bunk beds in the fourth room. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, stroller, car seat, step stool, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Florida will feel like your second home.

Cheer, girls getaway!

This was the perfect spot! Not too far away from the attractions, a 10 minute ride to ESPN Wide World of Sports. The ease of communication with the owner was great! We would stay here again!

Perfect get away

This was the perfect location for our girls’ weekend ! 4 bedrooms - perfect !! We used Lyft /Uber in the evenings & had very little wait times. Quick rides to Disney springs for dinner & shopping . Note : the pool & fitness center is open from 9am - 6pm

Great property

This place was fantastic. It’s larger than I expected, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of space to sleep a large family. There are a ton of places to eat and shop around, but be prepared for a little bit of traffic all day and night. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay!

Close to Disney

We came in to spend some time at Disney and Universal. This condo worked well for my family and communication was great with the owner/manager. I struggled with the gate and found the code worked better for me than the card. The Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful and Roomy

It was me, my husband, our son and his girlfriend for a quick get away weekend. The condo was absolutely perfect, just as the pictures showed. There were 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 that are en suite’s and 2 rooms that are perfect for kids or teenagers! The photos are exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very quiet as well. The only objective we had was there wasn’t enough towels and when we all were in the living room watching a movie it would have been nice to have a love seat along with the sofa to relax on instead of the 2 single chairs. The condo is perfectly located near all the attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Property Review

The property is actually about a 10 miles drive from the Walt Disney World Parks. The property was nice but they did have an ant problem. There was no extra toilet paper rolls so we had to purchase them along with tissues and stuff to help take care of the ant problem. For the distance from the parks the price should have been lower. Also there cleaning fee should have been waived since they require you to clean the property and wash towels and sheets upon leaving. Their cleaning fee is higher than other properties I searched after the fact.

Efficient & Comfortable

Parents night out! Six of us went for one night to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and stayed at this location. It had everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows are INCREDIBLY comfortable! We all slept like babies. Each couple had access to their own bathroom which was a major plus for me as I tend to travel with a ton of toiletries and makeup. My husband and I stayed in the first front room with a double bed on bottom and a twin top bunk. I noticed a pack n play in the closet for babies amongst other items for children including a HUGE amount of toys. Pretty awesome for the owners to provide things like this so parents don’t have to lug these items with them on vacation. The location was PRIME for shopping, eating, and exploring. So many options on where to go, what to eat, etc. Danielle, the owner, was quick with responding to messages and very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 5 all over 60 years of age and some tall in stature. This being the case, the dining, living area and outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable. Very low seating and hard seating in the dining area made it difficult to enjoy relaxation but we made the best of it. Sleeping areas were pretty comfortable and the box fans provided were a welcome addition.

Vaca Bound

We were headed down from Oh to Disney and needed a place to stay for the first night before meeting up with family. We were only in the house from about 9p to 9am or so but it was so nice and clean! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend to others.

Disney fun

Location was great! 15 minutes to most parks. The condo was a nice size with two main bedrooms. It could use some updating. Baseboards needed to be painted, mold in bathroom, and overall needed a freshen up. Communication with owner was great and timely. Overall, we had a fun time!
