Family Spring Break Getaway

Home is just as represented online. Spacious and clean. We added pool heat, and the water was nice and warm which our little kids appreciated. The water park at the Clubhouse was a great way to spend an afternoon. We purchased dish cloths and tea towels for the house so we could wash dishes and wipe counters, which wasn’t a big deal just surprised there weren’t any. We’d definitely stay here again.

Universal Trip

Simple things could have made our trip better, front door code wouldn’t work upon arrival. Kids lights in rooms didn’t work as advertised. Pool heater was nonexistent. We tried to reschedule, not refund, before arrival due to nasty storm coming but they would not budge-very poor customer service

Nice property

Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable. One issue we had is that there was no communication that we needed to buy heat for the hot tub and on night one we went to go into the hot tub and it was cold. We reached out and the property manager texted me and said it is an extra charge, immediately charged me for 2 nights and said it would be on in the morning. We tried to get in the next night and it was still cold. It never heated up, I reached out to the property manager about it and he responded that it was turned on that afternoon and never heard another response. I requested a refund on the heat and never heard back. So, needless to say, I paid $75 extra and never got to use the hot tub. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY-Plush everything

Everything was excellent and described exactly how it is in the description. The process of check in was easy. The property location was great near everything and 15 minutes really from disney and all the attractions . it was spacious game room was equipped with playstation. The property was clean pool sparkling. Very spacious . The development was beautiful . I would definitely stay again look forward to booking again .
