This was probably one of my worst vacation stays. The communication was horrible. We woke up the first morning to 3 extremely ripped lawn chairs on next to the pool. Anyone who sat on them would have been very hurt. I took a picture and promptly sent it to the management company. It took near 3 days before they were picked up, but new ones were not replaced. The shuttle to the pool and home had 1 hr wait times. The patio upstairs was like a mud puddle completely covered in water, unable to be used. The house has no pool toys, or inside games for the kids. Since the pool is not screened in it constantly has debris in the pool. The hot water doesn’t stay hot, it will suddenly turn cold in the middle of the shower. The barn door on one of the upstairs rooms completely fell off the track and one of the littles got her knee hurt. I also immediately emailed about this and it took 3 days for a response. I asked to talk to the management and it’s been over a week with no response.
