New, clean, and easy!

Booking was straight forward, easy, and quite price competitive. Before our arrival, a detailed email was sent to me with clear directions, instructions for the first time coming through the gate, and instructions for parking, unique front door passcode, etc. It was well located so it made it easy to get around. It was 20 mins from the airport, 8 mins from restaurants, groceries, gas stations, and shops. Only 10 mins from Universal and 22 from Disney. The property had the number of beds needed to sleep 10, from 7 different beds, and three separate bathrooms to give the privacy needed. There were bath/hand/wash towels to go around, and extras just in case, and separate pool towels too. The back patio and pool were a great touch. Coming from high elevation mountains, the heat and humidity of Orlando was rough, but being able to come home each night and cool down in our own private pool was awesome. The AC unit and ceiling fans operated well so sleeping was very comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with fridge/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave so that a grocery run upon our arrival made it easy to make breakfast each morning, keep snacks and drinks fresh for the next days activities, and even bake cookies at night too. The gated community helped us feel safe, as did a convenient parking spot right outside our front door. Throughout our stay, our host would occasionally check in, via text, to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend!

Best vacation in a long time!

It has been a few years since we came to Orlando but we used to come frequently. We all agreed that this is the best time we’ve ever had here. The house was great and so was the location. We missed the shuttle ride back from Universal, but that was on us
