Amenities were lacking

This home was beautiful and clean however none of the tv's worked and if fact most were not even plugged into the digital box. I called however it was never remedied despite calling and notifying vacasa. It didn't ruin our vacation but I choose a home large enough for my boys to have their own room with a tv to chill in the evening after a busy day and that isn't what I got. Will rethink using Vacasa again due to the lack of accountability.

Stay somewhere else.

The property was as described however we ran into a number of issues and no one would help us. The only way to access the property was through a key pad on the door. We got there 11:00pm at night and the keypad had low battery and kept dying not allowing us to access the property. Luckily we hopped the fence and the sliding door was open. I immediately called to get this fixed (new battery or key) They said local management would be there in the morning. They guaranteed it would be fixed and the auto lock on the door wouldnt be a problem. We were off to Disney and I said just please have them call me so we have a way back in after a long day at Disneyworld. Again we came home to a locked door and nothing resolved. Having to again hop the fence to get in. We were there 4 days with this issues and no one would help. The house was visibly dirty and sticky upon arrival. We had a cockroach in one of the bathrooms as well. Big place and if we could have had just a little customer service to resolve minor issues it would have been a great stay. I called multiple times a day and every time they gave me the runaround that local would handle it and then it never was. Next time we will be staying in a hotel. I really wasn't planning to leave a negative review but the customer service and not being able to get in and out of the property through the front door was a joke.

Family Vacation

The house was fantastic! It did lack on bath towels and kitchen supplies like pots and pans. The location and neighborhood was great! We even were able to talk to the main resort and was given access cards for the gym which was a HUGE PLUS!

Not What It Seems

We loved the location of this home. The rooms were nice and clean; however, the check-off list was just checked marks. We had no television service until the day before we left and the Wi-fi needs to be increased. Please take your own towels because the towels for guests feels like sandpaper. The blinds in the living/kitchen area needs attention. Be prepared to run the raccoon away from the pool area.

Great but not what I was expecting

House was amazing, it was a few that could have been fixed. Not great lighting in the house especially at night. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were bugs upstairs flys, nats and roaches. Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the tvs weren’t connected. Again house looks great but needs a inspection.

Great low-priced property...

95% of this rental is perfect. There's just a few things that need attention. There were no paper towels, no trash bags, no scrubber sponge for cleaning dishes... the normal stuff you'd expect in a rental. But the worst wifi service, dude, seriously, they need to not rely on a cheap router from the internet provider. We use Google Nest wifi routers and mesh, minimal cost and amazing speed. Seriously, the wifi here was disappointing.

Great home for family trip

The area was nice, close to grocery store for needs. The home it’s self was spacious and just like the photos. There is a room and bathroom downstairs for someone or those that cannot go up the stairs. There is cable in all the rooms and a bathroom as well. Parking, there is space for two cars in the garage side, and street parking if you need it. We did not use the pool but good to have the option. Parks are about 15-20 min away depending on traffic. The house was also equipped with necessary kitchen items which was helpful. Overall the house was great!
