Nice place

We only stayed 1 night as it was a bridge between 2 reservations. Very nice place. Wish we had more time to experience everything. Room was spacious and very comfortable. There were some resort fees at check in and when I looked back at the listing it was there so that was on me. Overall very nice stay.

Great Location and Property!

We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future Disney Trips! The location is perfect, and the pools are all awesome! Our only complaints are the height requirement for the slides at the water park, and the cleanliness of the floor in the rooms. Our feet/socks were very dark/dirty after walking around the condo. If there were a mop in the closet, I would have mopped it myself to feel better! Because of this, the kids were not allowed to play on the floor. Other than that, it was great!

Exactly as advertised !

This was the first time I'd even heard of VRBO and was skeptical at first. My hesitation was unfounded as this was a Perfect Choice ! Room was just as advertised and made our vacation very enjoyable. Thank you.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and spacious. Our son enjoyed the pools. Only thing we didn’t care for was how thin the walls are. Heard our neighbors all around us and it got pretty loud at times, especially when they are up till 3am.

Fantastic Family Resort

We enjoyed this place so so much. From the moment we arrived we were offered complimentary wine and massage, they had activities for the kids in the lobby while you checked in. There was always some activity somewhere and very well organized. It was super clean and much much better than expected. This is now our favorite spot in the Orlando area. So many activities for kids and adults.

Disney weekend

My husband and I took my two year old for a weekend in Disney and my son loved the resort more than magic kingdom! We ordered dinner from Valencia one evening and the food was fantastic and priced perfectly! We cannot wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The size was very nice. The pools were excellent with plenty of lounging chairs and there were always plenty of towels in the towel dispenser.Our only comment is in regard to the ice maker not working. We notified the front desk on Wednesday night. We were transferred to a voice mail. It had not been fixed by Thursday late afternoon we stopped at the front desk. The gave us a bag of ice and were asked why we were transferred to a voice mail? We could not answer this. By Saturday morning when it had not been fixed we stopped at the front desk again. Someone finally came up Saturday afternoon. This is not a very timely response.

Amazing place to stay

The resort was beautiful as well as the condo. We had our very first Disney World trip, but my kids barely wanted to leave the resort. My 5 year old said, “I love our new home”. Condo was very spacious and literally had everything you needed. My mother joined us on our trip and she had her own room, bathroom and balcony access. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. The hot tub quickly became a daily ritual. One of the three pools was zero entry with kid attractions. The water park is separate but equally amazing and fun. The staff activities were super cute. They included my 5 year old and she absolutely loved that. I have 2 criticisms that are in no way a deal breaker but were a real bummer. The kids water slides are in a separate section of the water park and the water was freezing cold. Like unbareably cold. No one could use it. The staff said it gets like that in the winter months and there is nothing they can do about it. That pissed me off because my kids cried. As expensive as this place is, something needs to be done. It seems the resort doesn’t value its smallest customers. My other criticism is the flip flop fun center. It was such a waist of money. Just go to Chuck E Cheese or something. The glow in the dark Putt Putt was ok but a very small area. It was only my family and I in the area at the time so it was ok, but if there would have been more there would have not been enough space. Like I said, by no means are my complaints deal breakers. This was an amazing stay. I felt like I woke up in paradise every single morning. I would most definitely book here again! And just a note; The resort runs specials that VRBO doesn’t offer. Be prepared for the fees!!!! They add up quickly. We were not impressed with the Valencia restaurant and Antonio‘s pizza was gross! Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. 25 minutes from Disney! Must visit Lake Austin just behind the pools. Beware of the warning signs for snakes and gators, THEY DO HAVE THEM!!! My family and I had the time of our lives, thanks for such an amazing experience..!!!
