Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the house, everyone had their own space. We were very disappointed that management didn't attend to our complaint about the hot pool right away. The pool was the important to the adults and paying that about of money we couldn't use it.

Great house

The house was great because it had so many bedrooms to accommodate all of us. The neighborhood is good but far from the clubhouse. About 20 minutes from Disney which was great. We enjoyed cooking and hanging outside. We had a problem with the heat in the pool because we paid for it to be heated it took a couple of days to get fixed. Once it was fixed enjoyed the jacuzzi and the kids loved the heated pool. We would definitely return!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Not What Worth The Money

When I first was looking into VRBOs for our first family vacation the owners answered questions very promptly. When I was emailing with the property manager prior to our stay everything was smooth. Then when we got there the air conditioning was broken. There was NO toilet paper or any "starter" pack of soaps. No hand soap or body soap. The manager said there would be a crib sheet for the crib and there was none. The house didn't even have laundry soap to do the laundry they requested us do at the end of our stay of their towels. The house and pool area was dirty. There were remnants of water balloons everywhere in the pool and pool area. We tried to scoop them out but couldn't because the skimmer was broken. There was cigarette butts throughout the pool area. The property was not taken care of. When I emailed the property manager and owner about our issues, we did not get any response. The only nice thing about the property is how big the house is and the theme rooms for the kids.

Could of been better

We arrived right at check in time and noticed trash and food all over the lawn, when we got to the door we found a single housekeeper trying to clean a TRASHED house. The people before us DESTROYED this place. Holes in the wall, pictures knocked down, pool full of urine, etc. It was not easy to get ahold of management but we did eventually. Also had issues at gate as they only put a few peoples name on the check in list so some of our party was stuck at the gate for close to an hour going back and forth with management trying to get them in. It took the housekeeper 3-4 hours to have it decently clean and a pool cleaning company had to work on the pool, we were told it was the most urine he had seen in a pool. We had groceries scheduled to be delivered at 5, dining reservations that we had to cancel and a group of 20ish people waiting out in our cars for hours for the house to get ready. Most of us had driven 16+ hours to get here and were not prepared to go anywhere but this house to get showered and around. Housekeeper was very kind, but she needed some help. This house desperately needs a deep clean. They charge a large cleaning fee, it should cover more than one housekeeper. I sent management over 30 photos of damage that was done prior to us to ensure we didn’t get charged as the check-in paper had directed. Some of the items remained broken and some they did send maintenance to fix up the following day, he was there LATE. The game room/garage is not air conditioned and is HOT. When my adult son plugged in the air hockey table he was slightly electrocuted, the cord had been BITTEN and wires exposed. We didn’t use this area much at all. Hot tub was missing a corner brick, outdoor couch was missing cushions and moldy. Indoor couch needs replaced. Air filter had an inch of dust and dirt around. First day of rain the ceiling began leaking. I made contact and didn’t hear back all day. The second day of rain it poured through the ceiling, they arrived to fix it as we were trying to check out. The whole gated community seems to be tons of rental houses. There were many late night parties all around. Nothing got too crazy, but was noisy. We had talked to management who promised us compensation for the many issues we had. We were told we had to wait until we checked out and now we have been a month we still don’t have anything. We were told to expect an email but still nothing.

Family Vacation

Easy check in process. As soon as we got there we have to wait for an hour cause we cant check in an hour early. They said they were running behind schedule but there were nobody in the house. Pool area was a bit filthy and the cushion wasn't clean. We read the procedures of how everything is done in the house; although they said theres atleast two sets of towels in each room but most room don't have them. We tried looking for then there was a few on the laundry pantry but it wasn't enough for everyone. It was so hard to communicate with the property manager, we have to wait until the owner of the house respond to us of what to do and who to contact. The curbside of the heat pool is broken and its pretty dangerous for kids to be playing around as they might hurt themselves. Some beddings are dirty as they have some spot on there so we have to wash them first. There was not enough starter pack for each bathroom of toiletries. A hand soap atleast. I was very nervous booking this house at first but it's a pretty decent size for a big family, plenty of space and room to sleep on. Only two cars can fit not 4 as what the description said. There was hole and crack on the wall. The fridge countertop is broken; I think they need to fix that. There are some utensils and knives that are missings. There was so many parties around the neighborhood which we are surprise cause we thought it was a non party area. Good thing they didnt get introuble. The ceiling in the kitchen has some stain and lights need to be clean as well which we didnt make a big fuss out of it. Overall we had a great vacation, my family enjoyed it. We get to spend all our time together in one big house.

Family vacation

I was very nervous about staying at this property because a few bad reviews were posted after I booked it. I must say that my family vacation in this house was absolutely wonderful. There were eleven of us in total. Everyone had their own space and privacy when needed. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house, but the pool area definitely needed to be cleaned better than it was. There were left over balloons around the outside of the pool, and the cushions to the outside sofa was a little too “dingy” for us to sit on. We didn’t make a big deal about these issues because they were small. Overall, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. We did have some issues with the jacuzzi, but after two days, someone came to fix it. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities that we needed and the beds were comfortable. A few of the bathrooms had towels folded up in the closet, but when I opened the towels, they appeared to be dirty. So I washed all of the towels before we used them. Overall we had a great vacation at this home. My only complaints were the pool area and the dirty towels, everything else was great.

Roaches and Wasted time

We got there and the pool was unusable for 2 days. People had to keep coming out to get the pool together and the pool guy mentioned that they aren't allowing time between guest rentals as the description states. Second issue, although listing details mention a ps4, they actually have an xbox there. BUT NO GAMES for it, so it's pointless. At this point, the kids couldn't utilize the filthy pool, nor could they play a video game. Both of which were big deciding factors when selecting this property. There was no where near enough towels for the allowed amount of guests, though they did have some dropped off for us. The outside furniture was filthy and covered in cob webs on top of that. Biggest issue was the ROACHES!!! Nobody wants to take roaches home so this is totally unacceptable. The property manager did get pest control out promptly, however we were still seeing them even after his 2nd visit. The garage game room was too hot to enjoy the pool table/foolsball/air hockey and we weren't allowed to open the garage door like neighboring homes. They did try to resolve most issues quickly, however i cannot get past the ROACHES. They need to take time to do a deep cleaning and thorough bombing to rid the property of roaches instead of continuing to rent it out.

Outstanding hosts and beautiful house

We got together for an extended family vacation (we were going to all do a cruise but it got canceled) and this property was just perfect for us. Lots of space for everyone to hangout in a larger setting or smaller groups (games, talks, etc.). Fun game room provided a great place for pool, air hockey and Foosball. The pool was perfect and we're glad we paid extra to have it heated. Everyone had a great time. There are four really nice golf courses in the area and the club house has a fun water slide for kids and a fun lazy river for all. The club house is about a 10 minutes 7-10 minute drive from the house. One heads up... Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings are pretty crazy for checking in at the guard house. So plan on spending 30-45 minutes in line (and be sure to stay in the lane for check in, not returning guests/residents). During the week it is a breeze getting in. The community is a vacation community so there were several houses around the pond who didn't adhere to curfew. But the guard house and security team were very responsive (you just have to call and let them know). Bottom line, we had an amazing stay and we are already talking about doing this again as a family in the next year or two! We would love to return to this property if we can in the future!
