Great Villa and Location

Wow. What an amazing Villa. So clean and peaceful. My family loved staying here and will be back in the future. Owner's communication is 1st class. Close to Publix and various takeouts. 25 mins drive to Disney.

I have stayed in Highlands Reserve many times over the years and this property is the best by far. Kerry is a delight to communicate with and reached out to make sure everything was as expected, which it was. The Villa is well furnished, clean and the pool is beautiful. Can’t say enough good about this place and can’t wait to return next year!

50th Celebration!

My wife and I searched for the ideal place to celebrate our 50th. We found it in Kerry's villa! The location is perfect. The neighborhood is tidy and safe. The villa is immaculate, well stocked, well appointed and modern. The heated salt water pool/spa was the highlight! So much so that that's where we spent most of our visit. Additionally, Kerry's hospitality, attention to detail and excellent communication skills were impressive. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay from the minute we arrived until we departed. The villa was the cleanest we have ever seen upon arrival. Everything was well organized and the host was very responsive both before our arrival and during our stay. The host was very interactive and really wanted her guests to have a great time. The house was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the spa. Thank you for letting us stay in your vacation home.

This property was absolutely perfect offering a safe and secure base to our stay in Orlando. In my opinion Highland Reserve is ideally situated, close to the Disney parks and I4 to get you around the Orlando and nearby areas and making driving very simple with access to all amenities including Publix, Macdonalds, Starbucks and not forgetting Dutch Brothers for that morning coffee. This house is pristine, with lots of different areas to hang out including an amazing pool and jacuzzi well needed after a day plodding those parks! The owner is second to none in her response time and nothing was too much trouble - thank you for lending us your home

Really enjoyed our stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house is large and bright and the pool area is fantastic. We even got a round of golf in on the course the house views. The house is super close to shops, everything you need. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub.very private as well. Would recommend this house to all.

Wonderful stay

Our stay in this home was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools you might need to whip up a dinner with the food you've picked up at the grocery store right around the corner. The pool and patio area were gorgeous and the sound of the hot tub spilling into the pool was so relaxing, I didn't want to leave. The beds and bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Kerry, the property owner was a joy to work with. We will for sure be back on our next visit to the area!

Orlando- Family Holiday

Villa was so spacious, clean, good location to theme parks. Pool area- was absolutely lovely with comfortable lounger & seating area too. We spent late evening chilling out in the pool after the theme parks. Kerry- the owner.....kept us up to date on everything and would reply in an instant if we needed anything sorted out. We would definitely stay again 💯 percent. Loved our stay and didn't want to leave at all.

Couldn’t ask for more.

I feel very lucky we were able to find availability for Kerry’s villa. Amazingly the photos don’t do the property justice! It’s a shame for us that it’s such a popular choice, I doubt we’ll be able to book so far in advance to secure it again.

I recommend this villa

My family with 2 teens were happy to stay in this villa. Great and quick communication with owner.We also had a heated pool(we paid heated pool extra fee -but it's definitely worth it and I recommend doing this). My kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and I loved the hot tub. Thank you Mr.Kerry for the chance to stay at the villa.

House was not very clean and air Condition unit rattled in the hallway all 6 days that we was there, there was a note if we touched thermostat and the unit freezes we would be charge a service charge fee for a tech to come out , bushes and landscape was in bad shape have not been trimmed or cut in over a year

Very Special Villa !

First of all, Kerry is an absolute delight to work with. In our opinion, dealing with a great host is as important as the villa itself and communication is everything. Kerry has this covered with super quick responses to any questions, help with any queries and her courtesy when leaving was touching. This villa is very special. We have stayed in many different locations & villas in Florida over the last 24 yrs and this one has blown us away. 3 weeks just wasn't enough ! The location is perfect, easy access to all main attractions, restaurants, shopping, Interstates to the beaches. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. There is an abundance of space & storage and all beds, sofas, chairs were extremely comfortable. But the main feature for us was the outdoor deck, which is something else. Much larger than your average villa, it has the most comfortable updated pool furniture with a beautiful large pool & spa tub. It's very private and the wildlife is simply stunning. The peaceful setting, sound of the pool waterfall with the birds tweeting is idyllic. So many different types of wildlife to watch & listen to. This was a truly relaxing, comfortable stay in a stunning villa and we can't wait to go back.

Great Villa and location don’t hesitate to book

We all loved our stay in the property and will definitely be returning in the future. The secluded positioning and views of the golf course are great and would recommend anyone considering booking the Villa. We had a problem with the internet when we arrived but Kerry the owner and the management team where great and sorted it promptly. Thanks for a great holiday!

Excellent home rental with all the amenities which kept kids busy such as game console for the kids, pool table, ping pong table, bicycles. As for the pool area very large back yard with very updated and comfortable furniture. Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary plates, glasses, cooking/baking equipment, living room very large with large tv. Highly recommend.

Amazing Vacation Home!

Overall spectacular and amazing! The home was immaculate when we arrived. The home is beautifully decorated. It is located on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. Our favorite feature is the large outdoor screened in pool area. We enjoyed dinners each evening by the pool. The view from the backyard yields breathtaking sunsets each evening. Just what our family needed for both rest and relaxation and also fun. The owner responds to questions with remarkable speed. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa in prefect location for theme parks and airport!

Kerry was the most welcoming property owner we have ever had the pleasure to speak to! Not only was all of the information extremely clear and prompt, kerry was extremely attentive throughout our stay and extremely accommodating in the midst of the current pandemic. The villa was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. The photos do not do the property justice! The hot tub is something we won't be able to live without on future trips and the high quality finished and upkeep really makes the difference. We really hope we will be able to stay in this villa again on a future trip to florida. Thank you!
