I hosted our first family reunion at this property. The house is hug, very clean and every room is decorated beautifully.. exactly as the pictures show. We were provided with pots, pans, cups, utensils, toasters, coffee makers, towels etc. The kids as well as the adults were entertained all weekend. Check in was easy. The host responded quickly to my messages. I definitely recommend staying at this house.

Family Reunion

The property is definitely good for a family reunion. Place was nice and swimming pool cleaned . They provided bath towels, cooking utensils , ect. We love the place and missing it already. Large Master bedrooms. The only thing I found that I need to say is they have about 2-3 broken dining room chairs. Walls to the stairways needs cleaning and the door to the movie room Bottom part is dirty as well

Large Family MUST STAY

Imagination Station was the perfect location for our annual Mother’s Day Family Reunion weekend housing all 31 of us. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and making unforgettable memories. The kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms, and the video games and mini-golf were a huge success. The house was impeccably clean, with plenty of cozy beds for everyone to choose from and there were no shortage of bathrooms. One of my standout moments was when the reservation department called us on the day of check-in to inform us that our house would be ready two hours early, with no extra charge. Matt, his wife Heidi, and their entire team went above and beyond to ensure we created cherished family memories. Family Spring Break Vacation

I was a little upset when we arrived and the pool was cloudy and green, we did contact the property manager and they sent someone out to clean the pool. We were unable to use the pool for 24 hours which was upsetting to the kids. The house was nice but did need some work to a few areas like cleanliness, food paper was left in some of the bunk bed areas, walls scratched up and cigarette butts in pool area. Missing screws on floor panels and screen missing on back porch so kids did get bit by mosquitos and other bugs, as well as small holes at the bottom of the screen so lizards kept getting in the pool, some of the fans would not turn on unless the light was on and not many towels and wash clothes offered. We did enjoy the house overall and our stay was a pleasant one.

pool clean in the middle of the morning

was a little disappointed because my grandkids was using the pool on Saturday morning around 11:00am and the pool guy came in to clean the pool and he told the kids that they needed to get out of the pool for an hour. i really think that the pool would been clean early in the morning

Beautiful home…Terrible upkeep

Upon entry into the property, I noticed they didn’t do very good job of cleaning. I have videos and pictures of the condition of the house. Rugs were filthy. The walls were filthy. Black marks all over it dirt all over the baseboards all over the walls. I believe his name was Josh Informed me everything was fine. Also the pool had been serviced, and it should be ready within the hour of us moving in. However, the chlorine smell was so pungent. We could barely sit out back. Looking at the pool it was cloudy dirty wasn’t ready to be used. Both beds braces broken gone so two beds we could not utilize the first night. Check in the theater room, noticed it was hot and The mini split unit is reading 60° to make a long story short. I sent several messages called and spoke with individuals about these issues. Upon speaking with a pool maintenance person informed me the pool had been in that situation since 30 July. He informed supervision/Office his opinion there was soap or in the pool which required cleaning out. He named a chemical, D-foamer We went back-and-forth with this for a few days and I was informed that the pool was safe to swim by Josh. I ask Josh would he swim in there he wouldn’t answer me. I had pool water analyzed at local company. After test completed, asked the individual was it safe he said adults at Your own risk children Definitely not safe.
