Best Stay Ever

This was the best House I ever rented. I have rented several around this Resort. But this one the Best. The Game Room was Great. Everything was Clean and well kept

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's college graduation, and overall, it was an incredible experience. The home was spotless, and the cleanliness went above and beyond my expectations. It was very spacious, comfortably fitting our group without feeling crowded. The pictures on the website matched what we rented. The kitchen was fully stocked, even including a grill lighter, and the themed rooms brought joy to my grandkids. The large dining room setup was a showstopper and added a sense of elegance that made our graduation dinner feel truly special. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms well-stocked, and the TVs were top-notch. Plenty of parking, and staff were easy to reach when needed. A few downsides: the game room was a letdown, some of the machines were broken, which disappointed my grandkids. Someone did come out to take a look, but unfortunately, they couldn’t fix them during our stay. Another issue was the lack of ceiling/floor fans in the bedrooms. The only ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work, and it did get warm at times. Also, we were not informed ahead of time that the oven was not working. It wasn’t until the contractor showed up that we realized something was wrong. While it was ultimately fixed, the lack of communication could have caused serious issues, especially since we planned to cook all our meals. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this rental to friends and family. Thank you for a memorable experience!

EXCELLENT STAY EXPERIENCE

This property was everything promised and more. OMG my family were blown away by the property. This was our first VRBO stay so I was super nervous about the entire process. But now I can honestly say that this site is legit and you actually get what is promised. There is a whole resort that is included with your stay. That place was awesome. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice enough for us to get in the water but it still was just a really nice addition to the house. I was more than pleased with our stay. The customer service and maintenance staff were very polite and speedy in their response time. There were a couple of small things that we reported upon our arrival inspections and within the hour a maintenance person was there. He also came back for us to turn the heat on in the pool before his shift ended. This was an oversight during the booking. But Cindy V the CSR person we spoke to on the phone made sure that we at least got to enjoy the pool before we left the property. She was awsome. The Heat for the pool is an extra charge but it's definitely worth it especially when the weather wasn't so great during your visit. I would just suggest to the property management to make that stand out more during the booking process so that it's not missed. Other than that I have no complaints. As a matter of fact I am planning to have Christmas here with my entire family. I will be contacting the company soon to book. This is a definite must do if you haven't already.
