Property is wonderful! Everything you need for an amazing stay. We loved the ceiling fans in every room. (helps with the Florida heat!) This unit is on the first floor, which is very convenient. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Nice condo and facility, close to OCC

Loved being on the ground floor. Since it was on the end of a building the patio had privacy. Unit was clean and had nice furnishings. Would stay here again.

Can walk to Convention Center

We stayed for volleyball nationals. We were able to walk back and forth to the facility, which took about 15-20 minutes. Saved on parking! Hosts were great at communicating.

Excellent place to stay!

Took our 2 young adult children on vacation. Plenty of room for us all. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Great pool facilities. Host was kind and easy to work with. Easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great property.

We had a great stay. Here for a conversation and it worked out perfectly. Close to food and event center. Hist was quick to respond and everything was very clean. Only constructive comment I have is the living Room TV would not turn onto normal cable. But that’s a minor detail both tvs worked in each room. Thanks again and we look forward to coming back next year.

Vista Cay Vacation 2024

Great condo and location. This place is close to pretty everything with a car rental or Uber. We noticed the 1st night that the sliding glass door lock was broke, this was concerning because the condo is on the 1st floor. The host did a great job getting it repaired asap. One disappointment was the pool, and hot tub was closed for remodeling. The reason I picked that condo was because the pool was right next to our building. If the ad would of have said it was closed, I would of went with the other condo across the major road. The host did say we could use the pool on the other property but that was too far to walk and who wants to drive back wet. I really wish we would of have known about the pool before booking. I asked for a discount because of that but they said no. Next time I will do a little more research on the property amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo. This was our 1st time renting from vrbo. Thank you
