Great Stay

Overall great stay and very nice home. Seen 2 dead roaches and a lizard in the house upon arrival but the house was clean. I communicated with the team about the bugs and it was handled. Also, may want to purchase a broom we had to sweep the best we could with a dry mop because there was no broom to be found. Loved the home and pool!

Cleanliness

The house was not properly cleaned at time of check in. The carpet was so dirty (visible stains) we were afraid to walk on it with our bare feet. The furniture was falling apart. There were dent in the refrigerator and the ice maker was clogged. The master bedroom shower was full of mildew. The house should have been more presentable. We didn’t have access to the club house amenities.
