“The staff members are super friendly and proactively call you after you arrive at your room to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The $5 shuttle to the casino is perfect for event nights and comes every 15 minutes (don't try to walk in the winter, there's no sidewalk near the hotel and the snowbanks put you basically on the road). “We were coming in from a distance so we arrived early for check in. The room was ready so they allowed us in! The room was very clean, exactly the room I booked and paid for, great amenities including the pool and hot tub in the club house. The property does a fantastic job of clearing snow off sidewalks and making sure parking is accessible. Second visit to this complex and we'll be back again.”

“My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening.
