"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno accolto due cani il proprietario non c'era L'ho dovuto contattare, quando è arrivato saluto Zero, poi la cosa più assurda un bagno lo dovevamo dividere con altre persone che non conoscevamo cioè un bagno in due cosa assurda. "We had such a great stay! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My sister and I agreed that the staff really seemed to care, and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast, with wonderful ocean views. Our only complaint was the shower - small and odd placement of facet."

"Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future. We would have liked to have an iron in the room and there was very limited space to put/hang clothes. Additionally, a full length mirror upstairs would have been good. The shower and tap water never went cold, however, we understand there is a heatwave."

"The location of the property is great - close walk to the centre of Ortigia and a sea view. Don't be fooled by the photos - the terrace is not connected to any of the rooms and is accessed via the rooftop. Rooms with sea view have a small window only. Decor is very dated and fixtures are old but beds are clean and comfortable. There is an elevator. Breakfast is ok compared to what we had at other hotels. continental only. Would not pay for it if it wasn't included. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful hotel, breakfast spread was brilliant and room extremely clean. Staff were all so lovely and attentive. We had a great first afternoon at the pool bar and were very well looked after by a young man who went above and beyond - sorry we did not catch his name."

"It is located in a perfect area, however parking close by is $1.50 an hour. Room was rather small, and shower leaked all over the floor. All common area are unairconditioned, all though each guest room has AC ( they will turn it off when they make up your room ). Breakfast just ok - nothing special. Would I stay there again - probably not as it really is a sweat box."
