Instead of hiring people to check you in. They hire people to direct you to a machine so you can check-in yourself. As usual, in Japan, the system is outdated, not user friendly, and full of errors. The staff lack English ability, which shouldn’t be the case in an international hub like Osaka. I tried went in to try to check in at 14:30 and they just said 3pm. They didn’t offer to take my luggage, they didn’t let me even register. Just kept saying 3pm. They do have nice beds and great location. I stay in these hotels quite regularly, but prepare for a difficult check in.

I like that: the Lawson is conveniently located in the building, the fancy hot tubs facility. I would be efficient if my room of 4 people could have separate shower/toilet area to avoid the waiting time. Great Hotel !
