「The location of this hotel is spot on! There’s a subway station and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, plus the bakery on the first floor is delicious. There's a 24/7 Aeon right across the street, as well as a Matsuya and FamilyMart nearby. It’s also right next to Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street with tons of great food around. Super easy to get anywhere from Minamimorimachi Station! The front desk staff speak English and are super nice. The room is bigger than your average Japanese hotel room, and...

「On the second day of my stay sound 15:30, when I was walking to elevator from lobby level and wanted to enter the elevator which door was still opened, I was unexpectedly stopped by the staff not to do so as it was full, but I saw it only 2-3 people inside! I was forced to wait another one which wasted my time and electricity, not environmental friendly at all. And I later found out the elevator capacity is 20 persons!! Non-sense!」

「24-hour convenience store at 1/F, many restaurants nearby, seems no parking lot, take public transportation to hotel」

「ok」

「convenient location」
