"The view is fantastic. The room is outdated. No way to cast from phone to tv for the kids. Very limited plugs for a family to charge devices. Hot tub was luke warm. AC didnt really work but since they only have layers of sheets and not blankets, it seemed appropriate. Clerk who checked me in was not very friendly and became obviously annoyed when I stated I was traveling with a service animal as my reservation also stated. Pool towels were not available and had to be gotten from the front desk each time. The best thing about it is the balcony view. "

"I had a terrible experience at the Best Western Daytona Beach and would not recommend staying here. First, the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The room was very dirty, and to make matters worse, there was blood on the sheets, which was shocking and unacceptable. The window had broken glass, making the room feel unsafe, and the TV was broken as well. I also tried to use the laundry facilities, but both the washing machine and dryer were broken, which was very inconvenient during our stay. Because of all the issues, had to move rooms three different times, and unfortunately each room had its own problems. After a while it became exhausting dealing with constant issues instead of being able to relax and enjoy the trip. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property appears poorly maintained, and basic cleanliness and functionality should not be this hard to provide. I would strongly recommend looking at other options in Daytona Beach. 🚫🏨"
