Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Aber man sollte den Abfluss vom Waschbecken und der Dusche schmecken. Der war wirklich sehr schlecht!

Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sauber und hell, weil es noch recht frisch draußen war, viel der fehlende Balkon nicht ins Gewicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr großzügige, saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Für Paare sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war gut ausgestattet - zentral gelegen in Prerow nicht weit vom Strand. Wir waren viel an der frischen Luft und sind fast immer Fahrrad gefahren. Eine perfekte Umgebung zum Ausspannen. Nur das Hotsplots-WLAN hatte so seine Tücken und wollte nicht immer. Aber das war nur eine Randerscheinung.

Absolute Klasse... zentral gelegen... alles Wichtige in Laufweite... tolle, grosse, helle Wohnung... sogar eine kulante Parkplatzlösung wurde uns ermöglicht... wir sind begeistert und kommen immer wieder gern nach Prerow...

Es war perfekt sauber. Küche sehr gut (an sich wie zu Hause) ausgestattet. Auch alle anderen Wohnräume waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein klitzekleiner Hinweis: es gab wenig Möglichkeiten Garderobe auszupacken wenn sie nicht hängen kann und eine Stolperfalle zur Küche vom Wohn- und Schlafraum. Aber trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen. (Wenn man vom überteuerten Preis der Endreinigung absieht.)

Das Kapitänshaus hat eine hervorragende Lage, Strand und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und vollständig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Allerdings ist das eine oder andere in die Jahre gekommen. Wer nicht anspruchsvoll ist, kann damit gut zurecht kommen, die Schönheit Mecklenburg Vorpommerns macht alles wett.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Kapitänshaus sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen! Die Wohnung ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Der Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung im 1. OG ist sehr ruhig und war für uns als Paar eine Ruheoase, genau, wie wie gewünscht. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Check-In-Service, gute Ausstattung, alles super! Wir kommen sicher wieder.
