“Great location, beautiful room and exceptional customer service. We went to the wrong section of the hotel, so they organised to have our, rather heavy, bags taken to our room. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. The food was delicious and our waiter, Moreno, was absolutely lovely and he had incredible knowledge of Croatia - which was fascinating to hear. Moreno also served us breakfast the next morning and his customer service is exceptional,……

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. “How wonderful it was to spend a week within the walls of the ancient Diocletian's Palace! I was just a few steps away from authentic Dalmatian restaurants, small local shops, a jogging trail to Marjan Hill or the coast and the beach area. The reception provided a map of the city and shared local tips and advice, giving information on where to go and what to see. I even got an umbrella to borrow from the reception. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and varied.”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”
